Biyografi

Miles Kane launched his career with projects like The Rascals and The Last Shadow Puppets before kickstarting a popular career with 2011's Colour of the Trap. A modern indie rocker inspired by the classic British guitar pop of The Beatles and The Kinks and the grandiose crooning of Scott Walker and Jacques Brel, he was born on March 17, 1986, in Birkenhead, England. He first attention in the mid-2000s with The Little Flames, then fronted The Rascals before teaming up with Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner to form the chamber pop-inspired band The Last Shadow Puppets. The Age of the Understatement, The Last Shadow Puppets' 2008 debut, topped the UK charts in 2009 and went platinum. Full of retro soul and jangling, atmospheric pop, Kane's debut solo album Colour of the Trap was similarly successful, reaching number 11 and enjoying gold sales. He continued his solo career with Don't Forget Who You Are in 2013 and Coup de Grace in 2018. Both were Top 10 entries in the UK and Scotland. Change the Show followed in 2022, reaching number 12 in the UK and marking a career high peak of number 4 in Scotland. After 18 months, his subsequent record One Man Band (2023) saw the performer reconnect with his rock roots, working alongside his cousin James Skelly, the frontman of The Coral, securing Kane his highest chart placement, landing at number 5.
