Weird Milk are an exciting new London-based band. Their musical odyssey began in the English countryside, before greater ambitions drew them to the capital, to further study and pursue music. The group are Charlie Glover-Wright, Zach Campbell, Alex Griffiths, Harry Zwaig and Joe 'Blue' Moyle. Distinguished by their vocal harmonies and 60s influences, Weird Milk are one of the most talented new bands to emerge from the indie scene.
Echoes of The Beach Boys, Harry Nilsson and The Beatles flirt with more contemporary influences such as The Strokes and Frank Ocean, lending to a punchy and relevant means of delivering their nostalgic allure.
With high praise following the release of singles, Anything You Want and Honey, I’m Around, buzzing across the BBC Radio 1 / 6 Music airwaves (Annie Mac, Jack Saunders, Steve Lamacq) and throughout the tastemaker community (NME, The Line Of Best Fit, So Young, DIY), the baroque pop quartet’s status amongst the emerging indie elite continues to grow significantly.
