Faioso has been described as “fresh” and “stands out musically” by the Honolulu Star Bulletin. The album “Nobody Owns Me” was a finalist for the 2010 Na Hoku Hanohano Awards for the R&B / Hip Hop Album of the Year and the music video “Explicit” was featured on Dis-N-Dat TV. She has shared the stage with artists Twista, Eligh & Grouch and more. She was a recipient of the 2012 Hal Gaba Scholarship for Excellence selected by Marty Panzer, songwriting partner of Barry Manilow in “Writing Lyrics that succeed and endure.” She studied Film Scoring at UCLA and Music & Dance at the University of Hawaii. Faioso promotes positivity, empowerment, and social consciousness through music.
