Nouvel album "Tales & Wanderings" - Sortie le 13 novembre 2020 !
The Red Folks are a Parisian indie-folk trio.
All three musicians are gathered around their love for English, American, Irish and Celtic music.
Delphine (lead voice, Indian harmonium), Cyrille (6 and 12-string guitar, percussion, back vocals)
and Maƫlise (cello, percussion, back vocals) play a unifying and vibrant music which touches on
passion and the colours of life, following the line of great songwriters such as Loreena McKennitt,
Damien Rice, Nick Drake, Mumford and Sons,...
Their first album 'Tales & Wanderings', co-produced with Zaf Zapha, will be released in November
2020. The tales and the wanderings that gave their names to this recording is an invitation to a
journey and to a dream.
But don't get it wrong, even if Irish and folk music are their main influence, this is no fairy land
introspection. What inspires them are the human emotions in all their diverse and complex ways.
