Dylan C. Greene is a Dutch-American producer and dj, whose debut release (under his own name) is nothing short of a remix of “Never Enough” by British electronic duo Disclosure. Coming from his studio in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, is his energetic, yet nostalgic sound which combines the grit of an old-school Daft Punk track with the soul of a 12-inch disco single you’d find in your mom’s attic. His tracks are starting to conquer dancefloors, from basement parties in Eindhoven, all the way to the clubs of San Francisco, where frequent collaborator 3kelves hits the decks with their singles “Get Up, Get Out!” and "Bridesmaids".
Representing American hospitality with a typical Dutch ‘no-nonsense’ work ethic, this bi-lingual beatmaker has become more or less a citizen of the internet, being dubbed ‘competition champion’ of Disclosure’s online community and having created a crowd-pleasing “Producer Tik Tok”. His self-built workspace Studio 3:44 is located in an old factory laboratory, the vintage Roland Juno-106 being the centerpiece that typifies Dylan’s inner synthesizer nerd.
With a background in musicology and a MA in Music, Dylan’s approach is technical and meticulous. Nonetheless, this producer is most loved for his ‘door’s always open’ mentality and goofball personality, here to bring some human energy to a digital genre, provide good times, and fill dancefloors.
