Scary Bitches

Scary Bitches, a UK musical group was formed in 1999 by Alma Geddon and DEADri Ranciid. The band's music spanned genres including gothic punk and death rock, with lyrics often drawing humorously from horror B-movies and everyday experiences of the gothic scene. Their debut album, Lesbian Vampyres from Outer Space, released in 2002, reached number 4 on the UK Gothic Music Charts. The group gained significant popularity in Germany through their live performances, known for their bizarre and extravagant costumes designed by Dean Blunkel. In 2004, they released their second album, Creepy Crawlies. After a five-year hiatus, Scary Bitches returned with The Island of the Damned in 2009, which featured both new recordings and reworked tracks from their demo.
