Jupta is a brazilian rock band, formed in Jundiaí (SP). In activity since 2018, it is formed by Flores (vocals), Henrique Oliveira (drums), Daniel Martinho (bass) and Marcus Vinicius (guitar)..
Inspired by bands like Foals, and Muse, Jupta presents a modern and sometimes familiar sound to the less attentive listeners, creating almost instant identifications with the public.
In 2019, Jupta saw “Tarja Preta”, track from the album Um Pouco de Paz Antes que Tudo Acabe, released in the same year, to be elected Hit of the Year in the Gabriel Thomaz Award for Brazilian Music, within the programming of the International Music Week of São Paulo (SIM SP). The surprise ensured concerts in neighboring countries like Argentina and Chile - which never happened because of the pandemic that has haunted the world since the beginning of 2020.
