Our new single 'If I Knew How to Love' is out now!
Mel, Chris, Keith and Lenny have been through their share of ups and downs as June Divided, but the indie rock band from Philadelphia has stuck it out together, from one chapter to the next. With plenty of festivals, tours, and multiple TV and radio appearances under their belt, they are ready for their next adventure. The gang has been working on new music for the past year with their own blend of rock, pop, electronic and ambient elements. They’re looking forward to it’s near-future release, and whatever new adventures the next chapter may bring.
“I started writing this song as a reflection on a past relationship, but the more I worked on it, the more the song unraveled itself to be about way more than just that. I realized that we’re all suppose to learn how to love better throughout life. We learn how to be better daughters, sons, sisters, brothers, friends, partners, allies, and we learn to love ourselves better too. Instead of a remorseful reflection, this song became a celebration of a lesson learned and self improvement- it became a bit of a personal anthem. Then to have the rest of the band put their own spin on it- it became really perfect to me, so If I Knew How To Love is one of my favorites to date.” - Melissa Menago
