"Empty space" is the first LP by Lemon Lights.
It was recorded in 2014 between Rome and London, and it will be released on May the 5th for Italian label Le Narcisse Factory, whose catalog includes Luminal (best italian indie band in 2013) and Diodato (who played at Festival di Sanremo 2013)
The songs in "Empty space" were built around a free and abstract mindscape and share an unmistakable dark sound.
From the beginning to the end, this record is an introspective journey where the listener forgets about himself and dances, with or without a suitable dance floor.
The sound can be explained only subjectively: it's an album where people, places and moments give life to an "empty space", a single intimate glimpse of a time when silence is noise for those who care to listen carefully.
