De Osos is the project of the Producer, Composer and Multi-instrumentalist from Mexico City Arturo Luna, a pseudonym under which he has explored post-rock and electronic genres since 2014.
In 2015, Luna released her debut EP "Instrucciones para Dejar Ir", which put De Osos on the radar of her peers and different audiences throughout Mexico.
The EP won "Best Experimental Record" at the Indie-O Music Awards. Along with those successes, Luna was invited to open the show by acclaimed Australian producer Ben Frost.
In March 2017, he presented his LP "Todo El Ruido Entre Nosotros" and traveled to Austin to perform at SXSW, named as one of the 100 acts to see at the festival by NPR.
In 2018, he was invited for the second consecutive year to be part of the SXSW and ended up as a semifinalist at the MIN Awards of Spain in the category of "Best International Artist", sharing, in the middle of the year, a poster with Metronomy for the Solsticio Music Festival.
At the beginning of 2020 "Leave Me By The Ocean And Forget Me There" saw the light, which is an EP worked in collaboration with journalist Ian Urbina (The New York Times), for his project and book "The Outlaw Ocean", a series of reports and stories that Netflix and Leonardo DiCaprio bought for a future production.
Currently Arturo has Carlos Flores, Dann Push, Oscar Bravo and Alberto Renter for his live performances. De Osos will be part of the next edition of the dunk! Festival in Belgium (2023).
