Tina Moore is an American R&B and soul singer born on 17 October 1970 in Racine, Wisconsin. She achieved professional recognition for a musical style blending contemporary R&B with elements of UK garage and 2-step. Her recording career began with the single "Color Me Blue" (1994) which reached number 73 on the Billboard R&B charts. In 1995 she released the debut studio recording Tina Moore (1995) which reached number 90 on the Billboard R&B albums chart and featured the tracks "All I Can Do" (1995) and "Never Gonna Let You Go" (1995). Moore achieved professional recognition for the UK garage remix of "Never Gonna Let You Go" (1997) which reached Number 1 on the UK Dance and R&B charts and number 7 on the UK Singles Chart and received a platinum certification.
