This week on On the Move, our host Leanne White welcomes Farshid Rezaee. Raised in Iran, Farshid grew up heavily engaged in the Islamic faith. After an unexpected introduction to the Bible, his eyes were opened to the gospel and he began exploring the life and teaching of Christ.Farshid came to accept Christ while living in Iran, but his ability to live out his faith publicly was severely limited. One morning in 2019, Steve White woke up to find a handful of Facebook friend requests from international pastors. Within a few days, he would receive 4,000 of these friend requests. In this episode, On the Move producer talks with Leanne White, co-founder of 21C International. As Steve's wife, Leanne remembers those few days clearly. Only of a couple of years earlier, she had felt like training pastors around the world was God's calling on her life, and perhaps the next steps in their ministry as a married couple. As friend requests from pastors streamed in, Steve's brother asked the question that sparked the idea for 21C International: "Well Steve, it looks like God has given you a church of 4,000 pastors.
