The golden thread is a digital record that will be created for new high rise residential buildings, containing vital information about the building's life, including its design, construction and ongoing maintenance. To find out more, we joined a panel of Chartered Architectural Technologists (Dan Rossiter FCIAT, Spacy Bondarenko FCIAT and Gareth Sewell FCIAT) on stage at futurebuild in March of this year.
