The election is over, and many homebuyers who were "waiting to see what happens" are now shifting to a new excuse: waiting until after the holidays. Then, it'll be "waiting until Spring." Sound familiar? Here's the truth: waiting for the "perfect time" to buy a home might cost you more in the long run. While the holiday season is typically slower in real estate, it’s also when serious buyers find the best opportunities. Sellers are motivated, interest rates are expected to drop as inflation cools, and a new year brings fresh optimism to the market. But come Spring, expect fierce competition as more buyers re-enter the market, driving prices higher and reducing your ability to negotiate. Right now, there are homes on the market waiting for buyers like YOU. Why wait and risk paying more while fighting over limited inventory? This is your chance to negotiate and secure your dream home before the Spring rush hits. Don't wait for the competition to heat up—jump in now and make your move. Following the FED lowering of the fund rate, the real estate world was buzzing. Well, rates have continued to fluctuate, and buyers, for the most part, have remained on the sidelines. We won't see the results of dropping rates until next month when we see closing numbers, but right now the market is kind of stagnant. So today, we talked about Brad's upcoming trip to Cabo San Lucas and Brian's recent cruise to the southern Caribbean. Today's episode is less "meaty" and more fun. Grab a drink (perhaps one with a little umbrella in it) and join us for some fun. Cheers! Schedule a consultation with Brian or Brad https://calendly.com/therealtorindy
