He believes that leaders should constantly grow and learn to equip themselves with the skills necessary for leadership. Amos consults with companies, corporations, non-profit  organizations, and the United States Government equipping them with strategies to develop their leadership potential. EPISODE SUMMARY: The episode focuses on the value of time.  Oftentimes, people complain that one of their biggest issues is not having enough time to do everything they have on their plates.  However, the real problem does not lie on the lack of time but in effectively making use of the time we all have. EPISODE NOTES: One of the few things we all equally have is,  time.  We are all accorded 24 hours a day at our disposal.    While for some, this amount of time is not sufficient to do everything that needs to be done, there are others who are bestowed with a luxury of it.  The game changer here is, how we make use of this time. Planning is the key.  There is also a thin line dividing what it means to be busy and what it means to be productive.  Know more about using your time wisely in this episode. “We fail to reach our potential because we say, we did not have time.  We all have the same amount of time everyday, and that is 24 hours.  The issue is not having the time.  The issue is what are you doing with your time.”  Download bonus resources at:  www.transformationalpodcast.com Connect with us on Facebook at:  http://www.facebook.com/amosbalongo Find us on Twitter at:  http://www.twitter.com/abalongo Follow us on Instagram at http://www.instagram.com/amosbalongo Get to know more about Amos at http://www.amosbalongo.com/ Don’t forget to Subscribe to the show, leave a comment and Share!

The Advantage of Thinking
Executive Leadership Coach, Motivational Speaker and Corporate Trainer, Amos Balongo takes you on a leadership journey for leaders making a difference.  Amos believes that every individual deserves to be equipped with effective leadership tools as they journey their way to success. He believes that leaders should constantly grow and learn to equip themselves with the skills necessary for leadership. Amos consults with companies, corporations, non-profit  organizations, and the United States Government equipping them with strategies to develop their leadership potential. EPISODE SUMMARY: One of the most important qualities of a leader is being a fast thinker.  In any circumstance, an effective leader must immediately come up with a plan of action to be able to address a problem and resolve it at the soonest possible time.  The level of thinking must be higher than the particular problem.  The key, apart from thinking, is putting action to one’s thoughts. Whatever ideas or plans a leader has should not be confined in the minds, but must be evident through action. EPISODE NOTES: Leaders must be  thinkers.  Leaders must develop a system to continuously and productively be thinking. It is in thinking where ideas are developed and formed.  It is in thinking where problems are solved.  What sets leaders apart from other people who think is their level of thinking.   The way a leader thinks must be higher than the plan, higher than the problem and  converts that mind into actions.  Leaders think for a purpose.  Leaders think with an intention.  Leaders think and act. “The way you think about a problem determines your ability to solve the problem.”  Download bonus resources at:  www.transformationalpodcast.com Connect with us on Facebook at:  http://www.facebook.com/amosbalongo Find us on Twitter at:  http://www.twitter.com/abalongo Follow us on Instagram at http://www.instagram.com/amosbalongo Get to know more about Amos at http://www.amosbalongo.com/ Don’t forget to Subscribe to the show, leave a comment and Share!

He believes that leaders should constantly grow and learn to equip themselves with the skills necessary for leadership. He believes that leaders should constantly grow and learn to equip themselves with the skills necessary for leadership. Amos consults with companies, corporations, non-profit  organizations, and the United States Government equipping them with strategies to develop their leadership potential. EPISODE SUMMARY: The leadership of a person, can and will never be effective without proper communication.  Communication is the key to the fulfillment of an organization’s plans and goals.  It is not enough to simply relay the message. There is a fine line between information and communication.  For information to be a communication, leaders must act and live out their message - walk the talk.   EPISODE NOTES:  Leaders want their team to resonate with them.  They want their team members to echo the message sent to them and be assured that they are all one and on the same page.  It is when team members and leaders reach common ground that the ball starts to roll.  However, to effectively convey a message, there are certain factors to put into consideration.  Timing, relevance and maturity.  Communication is a two way street, with these factors in tow, you are not simply sending a message, you are reaching out.  You are giving value to the people you are communicating to  by giving importance to where, who and how they are. “Information  is giving out and communication is getting through.” Download bonus resources at:  www.transformationalpodcast.com  Connect with us on Facebook at:  http://www.facebook.com/amosbalongo Find us on Twitter at:  http://www.twitter.com/abalongo Follow us on Instagram at http://www.instagram.com/amosbalongo Get to know more about Amos at http://www.amosbalongo.com/ Don’t forget to Subscribe to the show, leave a comment and Share!

If his character is built on a strong foundation, when crisis comes, he will not fall but he will build.  He will use that crisis to emerge stronger and not be broken.  What matters is not what happens to us, but what happens in us, and that is character.  Trials and struggles will not harm us because we are bigger on the inside than on the outside.  In everything we say and do, ensure that all these will contribute to building a strong foundation for a better character, a better you.  “It is not the crisis that makes or breaks us.  It is the crisis that reveals what kind of foundation upon which we are built.” Download bonus resources at:  www.transformationalpodcast.com Connect with us on Facebook at:  http://www.facebook.com/amosbalongo Find us on Twitter at:  http://www.twitter.com/abalongo Follow us on Instagram at http://www.instagram.com/amosbalongo Get to know more about Amos at http://www.amosbalongo.com/ Don’t forget to subscribe to the show and share!

EPISODE SUMMARY: The only permanent thing in this world is change.  The question is do we desire to change for the better or for worse?  The changes that happen in our lives are determined by how we live our lives. Live a positive life and expect positive changes to happen in your life. EPISODE NOTES: Life does not allow us to stay the same. The reality of life is we are going to change.   We continuously grow and as we grow we change.  However, not all changes are positive.  Whatever change that happens in our  life is a choice.  If we live a positive life, as we grow older, the changes in our life will be positive.  If we opt to go for a negative lifestyle, then changes in our life will be negative.  The decision is ours.  “Everyone changes, the difference is, some people change willingly while others change begrudgingly.“ Download bonus resources at:  www.transformationalpodcast.com Connect with us on Facebook at:  http://www.facebook.com/amosbalongo Find us on Twitter at:  http://www.twitter.com/abalongo Follow us on Instagram at http://www.instagram.com/amosbalongo Get to know more about Amos at http://www.amosbalongo.com/ Don’t forget to subscribe to the show and share!
