Creative Flexibility with Mary Meduna-Gross
Creativity through the lens of a mindset coach for leaders"To be creative, is to be free of limitations."Mary focused all of her energy into becoming a leader that brought out the best in others for more than 20 years. As she burnout, her superintendent told her that although she was doing the right things, she wasn’t getting the right results; figure it out or go.With this nudge, Mary finally accepted the fact that she couldn’t compartmentalize the parts of her that hurt from the part of her that she wanted others to see. In order for her to be the leader she wanted to be, she had to stop relying on knowing and doing, and she had to get real with herself about who she was being. Now, Mary is a mindset coach helping conscious business leaders be happier, healthier, wiser, and connected to unlimited possibilities. Strategically Creative with Evan Price
Creativity through the lens of an Artistpreneur coachCreativity is "seeing something that exists in front of all of us, but thinking up something that doesn't exist."As Founder & CEO of Artist Collective, Evan Price has worn countless hats in the music industry. At the age of fourteen, he started a booking agency that promoted more than +100 shows, igniting his passion for the business. He then became involved in artist management with several Chicago acts, licensing, booking, digital marketing, and coaching. As a graduate of Columbia College, he used his Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Entertainment Media Management in Music Business to build his own vision. His mission is to transform artists into what he calls “artistpreneurs” and finally get them out of the 9-5s they hate and back to the music. By using the “M.C.S. Method” or ‘monetizable creative skillset’ Evan and his team can help creatives build a profitable business around the one thing they are the most passionate about. Who says your hobby can’t be your business? Drawing inspiration from the likes of Steve Jobs, Gary Vaynerchuck, and Donald Miller, he discovered the key to a successful brand: an outrageously compelling story. This drove Evan to teach musicians the art of clever storytelling to unlock their success through authentic vulnerability. He has built a very engaged social media following reminding creatives to be self aware, empathetic to their audience, and unwavering in their pursuit of building their music business. His company Artist Collective was given the nod by Billboard magazine as one of the best resources for musicians during the COVID-19 Pandemic and he’s been featured on such programs as The Jam Tv show, Chance the Rapper’s SocialWorks, KissFM, Medium, and more. Musicians and creatives interested in services can apply for the Artistpreneur Accelerator - a program designed to build, launch, and scale your creative business in 90 days! The Creative Art of Sales with Joe Rockey
Creativity through the lens of a serial entrepreneur and master salesmanCreativity means "to solve problems that aren't the same way that everyone else does it."I went to Duquesne University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and double majored in accounting and finance. The majors were chosen because they give intrinsic skills that are needed by all businesses – everyone needs to know where there money is and how to get more of it. Finance covered a part of how a company gets more money; however the best way is through sales. Knowing that sales are the key to every business I worked a variety commission only sales position throughout my time at Duquesne. Following graduation I worked for three years as a personal financial advisor. In the first year, I was the office’s “rookie of the year”, in the second year I was the “underclassman of the year”, and the third year I left to create my first real estate business in 2011. Since then, my businesses have created revenue from properties in a vast array of methods. Some of the more common ways we create revenue in the real estate sector by preforming land lording services, selling investment grade properties to other investors, and renovation for sale of properties. I also run two podcasts – Father and Joe, and Local Football Flavor, I provide an ever growing amount of keynote addresses and presentations, as well as providing business and personal coaching services. Outside of my professional world I am a married man with a newly born son. In 2017, along with Father Boniface Hicks, we created the podcast Father and Joe. The goal of our podcast is to bring individuals closer to God. I also am an avid axe thrower – in 2019 I finished 192nd in the International Axe Throwing Federation Championship in Toronto.https://www.linkedin.com/in/joerockey/https://elitebusinessconversations.com/
