"Be kind to yourself, be really good to yourself. Because you're gonna be the one who's going to be with you on this whole journey. It's something I talk about in Everything is Figureouttable, about your self talk everyday, what you write down and what you say.  Because the most powerful words in the Universe are the words you say to yourself. There's that force within you that is going to make things real. And you have power and choice in that. "Everything is Figureouttable", "I got this", "create before you consume", that's why I live my life in mantras because I try my best to remember and understand that incredible power within that I have to shape and keep reshaping my reality."  Marie Forleo, a #1 New York Times best-selling author and business coach. "How I've had success in life, for me, it's really about understanding our brains. There are three core things that, in my mind, are the things that affect success, happiness, everything. You have your conscious mind, this is the stuff that I choose, I choose this goal, I want this thing. Then there's another part of your mind where fear is based out of. Fear is there to protect us, and it's interesting, when a baby is born, there are only two fears, loud noises and the fear of falling. And then over time, they learn more fears. In the new book I break it down into two, fears of the body and fears of the ego. The fears of the ego is the stuff that messes us up, we have this ego that makes us go like "what if they don't like me?" or "what if I'm not enough?". For most of us, we consciously decide "I wanna have success" but then the fear is so heavy, you can't turn it off. And so, it's about understanding how that works and how do we learn how to turn off these fears. These fears are irrational, they're not real" Over the past 19 years, Russell Brunson has built a following of over a million entrepreneurs, sold hundreds of thousands of copies of his books (making him a New York Times Bestselling Author), popularized the concept of sales funnels, and co-founded the software company called ClickFunnels that helps tens of thousands of entrepreneurs quickly get their message out to the marketplace. "There's something called Digital Dementia, it's the high reliance on your devide remembering things for you. It should be very concerning that we've lost the ability to remember a phone number or a pin number, or something we just read. Two of the most costly words in business are "I forgot": I forgot that meeting, that conversation, that meeting. On the other side, memory will make you money. We live in an expert economy where people will pay you money for what you know. If you can learn how to focus, remember, read and retain you can apply that towards anything. The most important skill we can all focus on is learning how to learn." Jim Kwik was once known as the “boy with the broken brain.” A childhood head injury at age five left him struggling in school. For a while, he even believed he could never be as good as other kids when it came to learning. Jim loved superheroes as a kid – and comic books saved him when conventional education couldn’t. Comic books taught Jim how to read…and they also kept his dreams alive that one day he, too, would find his inner superpower. Jim discovered that, no matter the circumstances, we can rebuild our brains. And after working on himself, he realized his brain was not broken…it just needed a better owner’s manual. This shattered Jim’s own limiting beliefs – and over time, it became his passion to help others do the same. For the past three decades, Jim taught his learning techniques to students from universities such as Harvard, CalTech, and Singularity University. As well as executives and employees from companies such as Google, Virgin, Nike, Zappos, GE, 20th Century Fox, Cleveland Clinic, WordPress, and institutions like the United Nations to get the most out of work and life. "To me it's about the consistency of being as goo at it [content] as you can be consistently forever. It's not about going viral, that may or may not happen. When I think about the viral video that I had, where I'm talking to a woman about self-esteem with her daughter, as you know, that's something I've said a bunch of times. It was just that one was ready to have its moment. I try not to ever tell anyone to overly focus on virality. Attempting virality is a good as a strategy, but it's not a requirement, and nor should it be an expectation," Gary Vaynerchuk is a serial entrepreneur, Chairman of VaynerX, CEO of Vaynermedia, CEO of Veefriends, and 6X New York Times Best-selling author.  Outside of his businesses, “GaryVee” has spent the last decade pioneering the practice of building a personal brand online through his series of original pilar shows. "There is no easy way to build Super Fans. Super Fans are built over time and through strong, deep conversations that build these relationships, that really make people trust you. Showing your mistakes, your shortcomings and your failures just as much as you highlight your successes, your triumphs and your wins, I think all of those things are important for building a community of Super Fans. I like to think of it like a tree, where first, you build a strong trunk, a strong foundation, and that is a singular trunk. One niche, one topic. Once you build a strong enough foundation, then you can start to branch off into different directions, because you have enough people who do love you, who care about you, who follow you long enough, and who really are invested. But it takes a while." Brock Johnson is the Co-host of the Build Your Tribe Podcast, instructor of multiple online courses, and an online entrepreneur. "I believe that there is a certain soul or heart that is missing in purely AI generated content. You can feel it. There's something off about it. So what that means is it's an opportunity. I was exploring this theme for a possible book or project. The way I was using AI was by inputing my language, through my phone, verbally. I talk through my ideas and I ask AI to better organize my thoughts. The content itself is still coming from my brain, they're ideas that I might have that are imperfect or flawed, they're human. They're not AI focused. There's a certain human-ness to it. And I use AI to enhance that." Tony and I said, why don't we create a business that actually shares everything we've learned and our legacy can continue of impacting others when we're gone if we share with others that if you have a life experience, you should be delivering what you know, selling what you know, impacting others and turn this into a business. Add it to the business you already have or start a business. We said let's make everybody feel guilty if they die with knowledge in their head that they didn't share. And that's where the philosophy and the concept of creating Mastermind came from. Dean Graziosi is a multiple New York Times best-selling author, entrepreneur, and educator. Dean’s mission for over 25 years has been to deliver self-education to those seeking transformation, fulfillment, and success outside the traditional education path. "We pray for only good things to happen to us. But that's not realistic to expect only good things to happen. So instead of doing that, we can let go of the judgment, what's going to happen next, don't judge if it's good or bad. Just receive. By receiving what's coming into your life, you can feel peaceful, because you have no judgement if it's good or bad. That means you can enjoy either negative or positive. The positive can turn into negative, and the negative could turn into positive. So, when something bad happens, don't judge it, it could be bad, but it could be better. If you have no judgement, enjoy both, enjoy whatever happens, don't be afraid." "I started doing virtual events and we hit 1.3 million in our first month. We've done one or two every month since for 3 years. There are of course a lot of expenses that nobody talks about! Buy I pivoted, I discovered how to create high ticket offers and sell them one to many, instead of one to few. We've done it so many times that we've perfected it. The reason it converts so well is because Every time we do it we test, we tweak, we optimize, we redo the event based upon the comments, the questions, the feedback we get from attendees. I failed a lot, but I kept going, I'm a massive implementer!" Krista Mashore is in the top 1% of coaches nationwide and has been a Top 1% real estate agent for 20 years. "The idea that my course idea has been done before or that it's being done by some really big names with big audiences, so there's no room for me, that's a lack mentality. As an entrepreneur you cannot have a lack mentality. You have to believe there's enough room for everyone including you. No one can teach quite like you, no one has your experiences, your style of teaching, your stories. No one's gonna be like that. You have to carve out your own space, and attract your audience. And the beautiful thing is you don't millions of people to follow you in order to be successful online. It's a lack mentality that you want to stay away from and start believing there's enough room for me." We make mistakes, but mistakes don't have to make us. There's no failure, there's only failure to learn something from those mistakes. Sometimes we get stuck, because we won't take a chance on something, because we're afraid of looking bad. Some people will take a class on coding or speed reading, and if they're not good at it the first time, they don't want to look bad in front of other people. I want to encourage people to make their own mistakes and then learn from them, that's how we grow. I don't know one strong person that had an easy life. My biggest challenge was learning and now that became my strength.  Jim was once known as the “boy with the broken brain.” A childhood head injury at age five left him struggling in school. As the years wore on, fate led Jim to a mentor, a friend’s father, who sent him on a journey to learn about his brain and learn how to use it. Little did Jim know, it would take him down the long path of discovering different learning habits, including accelerated learning systems and tactics. Jim discovered that, no matter the circumstances, we can rebuild our brains. And after working on himself, he realized his brain was not broken…it just needed a better owner’s manual. "Most people are scared to start. That's not fear, no one's trying to hurt you. You're calling it fear but the truth is, you're just embarraseed to be seen starting small. Most people are too embarrassed to upload a video and get 10 views. They're embarrassed of what others will say. Of course it's going to fail at the beginning, of course no one's gonna buy at the beginning. You have to try and try and perfect it as you go. You have to be in motion to develop the actual learnings that make something better. Starting small is the only way. You have to think "It's not going to work right away but I'm gonna stick to it, and over a period of time I'll learn those lessons." It will get better and better and then one day others will say "you came out of nowhere!" Go to carolinamillan.com/mvalley to learn more. "If you're looking to grow a company, it's like deciding to go on a really long run. So, usually most people after 2km they say "I'm done". Then some people quit after 5 km. And there are some people who just don't wanna quit, they want to run the marathon. It aches, it hurts, and when you get to 21 km your body says "you can't go on", it becomes really hard, but after that, it becomes easier. Some people want to go all the way to 100 kilometers. The same is true for business. For some people 2 million, 5 million is enough. Some get to 20 million, and only 1 in about 5,000 businesses ever scale to 100 million. For me, 20 million was like the 21km mark. I was stuck there for a long time. After you grow past that, it becomes easier. It's easier to scale when you're at 100 million than when you're at 10 million." Vishen Lakhiani is the Founder of Mindvalley, an award-winning education movement with millions of students worldwide and growing fast. He's also a New York Times Best-selling author. "The way we create significance is by creating the conditions for people to make promises and keep them. To create the conditions for people to do work that they're proud of. The best job they ever had. If it's not the best you ever had, you get a better offer, you're gonna leave! What makes it the best job is that there's a journey, a quest, a mission. The way we talk to each other, the way we are trusted, that makes it the best job we ever had. The bosses that are insisting that people come back to work in an office so they can put them under surveillance, I think you need to do that if you have a bakery, cause you can't bake from home. But, in general, I think if we're working with ideas, distributive work is so much more efficient and so capable of magic, that it's a mistake to walk away from it." Seth Godin is the author of 21 international bestsellers that have changed the way people think about work. His books have been translated into 38 languages. Godin writes one of the most popular marketing blogs in the world, and two of his TED talks are among the most popular of all time. He is the founder of the altMBA, the social media pioneer Squidoo, and Yoyodyne, one of the first internet companies. "What you wanna do in order to sell more products, get elected, or whatever it is that your agenda is. You want to own the problem. So whoever owns the problem of making a headache go away, is gonna sell more medicine. Whoever owns the problem of getting you from point A to point B in a quick period of time is going to dominate the transportation industry.  For all of us Entrepreneurs, the most important thing you can do is figure out what problem you solve and communicate it and articulate that solution very very clearly to that problem, over and over and over again, until people have connected in their subconscious that problem with your solution. The key is when they experience that challenge or frustration they think about you." Donald Miller has helped more than 3,000 businesses clarify their marketing messages so their companies grow. "One of the things that I'm known for is "the Mullet Marketer", it allowed me to break through in a significant way. As soon as I decided to push myself to being out there and being "the Mullet guy", that's when my business took off. So identify within yourself who do you want to be and what can make you different. Embody your target, be your target and service your target. Some people, when they're first starting out, they try to hold themselves to a certain standard, but what people really want is authenticity. It's all about alignment to the target, people want connection." CJ McMahon is the founder of Mullet Marketing, a company that specializes in growing and scaling high ticket businesses. In just a couple of years, CJ and his team have helped over 650 businesses scale, and he's also a partner in 15 companies. "I think we're in the midst of some new macro trends. For the past two years there's only been two macro trends: digital identity, or profile picture collections, and generative artwork, both are favored by the market. I think that the data shows that those are the only two areas that are truly favored by the market. If you look at how much liquidity has gone into those two areas of NFTs, it's really hard to make a case for anything else being a true macro trend. If you look at Bored Ape Yacht Club there's literally 713K+ ETH worth of secondary market volume. Doodles, another 160K ETH. That's billions of dollars in these collections. If you look at Chromie Squiggle, a generative art project, there are 60K ETH of secondary market volume. There's a belief that generative art is going to be a big movement in our history, and that buying these is buying the foundational early pieces that will eventually be priceless, similar to a Picasso." "No matter where you are in your life right now, no matter what situation you're faced with, challenge, hurt, upset, uncertainty, or insecurity, there is a way to break beyond that. There is a way to create external abundance and internal peace at the same time. It's not always easy, but there's a process if you're willing to take the steps, if you're willing to take the journey, and you're willing to have courage in the process. And I want people to know that they can have so much more internally and externally than what they have now and the process is in the book." "The only belief that matters is if you put your time and energy into getting better at something, you actually will get better. The reason, is that when people feel lost, stuck and hopeless, is because they think that where they're at is a permanent state. But it's not, if you realize that where you're at is a reflection of the choices that you have made thus far and your current skillset. However, you can make different choices and get a different skillset. That just completely changed my life." Tom Bilyeu is the co-founder of billion-dollar brand Quest Nutrition and the co-founder and host of Impact Theory.
