As a raving fan of her music, I am thrilled to have Toni Jones join the She Sells community! Her music has become a mantra for the women in this community. We played her music on repeat at the Sedona retreat. We’re listening to her songs while getting ready in the morning, working out, walking into work, and today we get to learn even more through her experiences. Toni Jones served for six years as a Life coach and Mental Health advocate for women and youth. Now as an Affirmation Musician, she found creative ways to promote the message of conscious well being through her music. Toni started making music as a tool for her life coaching clients to practice healing on the go. After great response from her first album she decided to make music full time. She has since released five projects so far: Affirmation for the Grown Ass Woman, Affirmations and Chill, I See Me Mantras, and Get Cha Mind Right (the mental health mixtape) Toni’s music is healing music, she coined it as Affirmation music. Affirmations set to modern music, which is different from the traditional way of saying Affirmations and mantras that are usually set to relaxing new age music. By creating affirmations to modern music this allows the listeners to ride, be on the go and vibe, just dance to the music while still reciting healing words.   Show Notes: [2:46] - Pain and heartbreak has always been a point of entry for Toni’s evolution. [3:38] - Toni shares how she discovered narcissism and the inspiration for learning as much as she could to help other women through a wellness company. [5:50] - Within 24 hours of praying for direction, she knew she needed to create affirmation music. [6:58] - Toni never intended to become a musician. [8:37] - Toni describes the first experience of creating the first song for clients. [9:17] - Her first affirmation album was 9 songs created to help a woman grow. [10:38] - She had a mission to create something relevant but not corny. [12:58] - Because it was such a knowing, Toni was able to create her album with no fear. Before she knew in her head, she knew in her body. [14:51] - Toni did not experience imposter syndrome in the beginning but admits that she experiences it from time to time as her music grows. [18:20]  - What is an evolved way of doing business? [19:42] - Sometimes we feel that we have to sacrifice our wellbeing for the grind. [21:34] - Tap into how you feel when creating. [22:17] - The vibration of your business is important. [23:42] - An evolved way of doing business is putting yourself first. [26:21] - Toni highly recommends the book The Energy of Money by Maria Nemeth. This book changed her relationship with money. [29:06] - Learning and unlearning was one step. Embodying this new mindset was another step. [31:06] - Whether money is there or not, it is important to maintain the right mindset. [33:02] - Toni’s spiritual connection with God is what keeps her feeling worthy. [34:55] - You are worthy of healing without effort. Worthiness is a birthright. [35:50] - Toni lists some ways she taps into her worthiness. [38:19] - Once Toni saw how she developed her own coping mechanisms she began treating herself as a newborn who needed comfort and guidance. [40:47] - There’s a shadow and light side to everything. [43:28] - What is the focus of Toni’s affirmations lately? [45:31] - Practice listening to your intuition through meditation. [46:49] - There is so much noise going on in our lives, so you have to slow down and listen. [47:58] - You only get better. Look at your past and how much you’ve progressed.   Connect with Toni: Instagram  |  YouTube  |  Website  |  Facebook   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page

Welcome to another Best Of She Sells Radio episode! This is one of the most viewed YouTube podcast episodes, and rightfully so. So much of my success is due to the learnings I’ve experienced through Dr. Joe Dispenza. That’s why this episode is so profound and exemplifies exactly what this show is about. I am rarely as excited as I am today to be presenting this episode. I went to an in-person Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat and learned so much. The challenge today will be if I can fit it all into one episode! In this episode, I share with you the ten main takeaways from the event and the profound impact it has had on my life already. The experience was incredible and as we continue on our own unique journeys, you can start to implement these changes into your life and meditation practices as well. I am not exaggerating when I say that this experience was absolutely life-changing. Listen on and I advise you to take notes because you’re going to want to remember this one.   Show Notes: [8:04] - Joe’s work is all about the scientific and spiritual connection in how we create quantum leaps. [9:11] - The body is an extension of the mind. You are working from the inside out to create change. Elyse experienced physical changes during the retreat. [11:15] - Elyse was able to experience this because of her focus on getting out of the way and healing the person she was working with. [13:59] - There’s so much more available to you than you realize. [18:26] - This event pushed Elyse and she realized how much farther she could go than she ever imagined. [19:50] - While there, meditation lasted several hours rather than the usual few minutes. [20:51] - Think of yourself as wearing a virtual reality headset. [22:08] - You can become addicted to a life you don’t even like. You have to be willing to lay down the character you play in the VR headset. [24:04] - Who are you pretending not to be? [26:00] - Nobody chooses you. You choose you. [28:52] - There are two different ways to create: matter on matter and energy on matter. [30:49] - The closer you are to source when you create, the faster it happens. [33:00] - Don’t expect any magic to happen in your life if you stand up as the same person you were when you sat down. [36:01] - Elyse also learned the power of minding your emotions and being attuned to them. [37:04] - People are only open to information equal to their own emotional state. [40:23] - The moment you think about your problems, you’re in the past. [42:43] - When you feel yourself going back to dwelling on a past problem, you have to be able to shift quickly. [44:20] - When you make these changes, your old self will fight you and try to keep you from moving forward. [47:03] - Stay out of your own way by letting go of your grip. [48:09] - Be conscious of your own language and when you are disempowering yourself. [51:42] - The divine in you will always match your efforts. [54:25] - If you want to experience the divine, you have to be divine. [55:46] - There is always more love to experience.   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page

As we move into a new phase with the podcast, we’re doing something a little different today. We’ve got some new things happening that are so exciting, but in the middle of the surgery, it looks like a murder. Have you ever had those moments where you see the vision, but there’s an in-between time that is hard to wait through. But in the meantime, we are bringing some of our absolute favorite episodes from the She Sells Radio archive to you. They stand out because of their impact and if you’ve heard them before, the content is more relevant than ever. You have evolved since you heard this episode, so let’s revisit Abundance Selling vs. Scarcity Selling with Ian Koniak. This special episode is a live training with Ian Koniak, a three time She Sells Radio Podcast guest. As the #1 rep for Salesforce, the #1 CRM in the entire world, for 19 years, it’s obvious Ian knows what he’s doing. He and I have worked together on his personal brand and I got to know him as a person. I have been absolutely blown away by who he has become through this journey and am constantly amazed by how he continues to grow. If you wanna know the sales mindset and strategies that multi figure sales reps use that have a lot of client opportunities and conversions that don’t have to hustle, this training is for you.   Show Notes: [7:16] - What is speaking to you about abundance selling vs. scarcity selling? [8:59] - Wanting something really badly sometimes makes it seem unattainable. [11:25] - Ask yourself what is sustainable. Can you work the way you’re working right now for the next 20 years? [12:31] - Learn the definitions of abundance selling and scarcity selling. [14:45] - When we place our self-worth on our sales, this is scarcity selling. [16:26] - When you’re seeking external validation, it is always going to fall short. [19:52] - Your agenda should be seeing if you can help somebody. [21:02] - Listen with the intention of understanding rather than listening with the intention of replying. [23:53] - Realize that you don’t need this customer to buy to survive. [26:36] - Say no to the things that distract you from being laser focused on your goals. [28:14] - If you are thinking about how much you need the sale, you are not thinking about serving the client. [30:09] - Your energy determines the outcome. [32:08] - Learn from the people who have the results you want but pay attention to their energy. [36:58] - The way we feel determines our actions and our actions determine our outcomes. [39:28] - The real gift and the real prize is becoming the best person you can be. [40:51] - Just because you think a thought, does not make it true. [42:52] - Success is knowing that you are doing the absolute best you can to become a better person. [46:40] - For Ian, he needed to lean into his fears. [48:23] - How can you show up where you leave nothing on the table? [49:46] - When you’ve done all you possibly can, there’s no such thing as failing. [51:53] - How can you turn it around when it seems like all the doors are closing? [54:18] - If you could have it any way, what would the outcome be? How can you make yourself a match for that? [56:25] - How do you keep a positive mindset on your journey to true abundance selling? [58:50] - Staying on the brighter side can sometimes be hard, but we have to count our blessings. Today, I get to bring you an absolutely phenomenal woman and human being. I’m interviewing one of our very first graduates of the $10K Club and it’s incredible to hear her story and learn about what she has built in just a few short years.   Allison Hare is a former corporate sales executive who left the corporate world to coach women - especially high-performing working moms - to redesign their best lives without burnout. As an executive consultant specializing in sales, personal branding, podcast coaching, marketing, and personal transition strategy, she’s the host of the award-winning, top 1.5% globally ranked podcast, Late Learner and a keynote speaker. She founded the Effective Collective membership designed to connect high-performing women that want to powerfully live, work, and play in full alignment. Show Notes: [2:13] - Allison looks back on feeling the pull to work with Elyse and how it changed her life. [3:53] - It’s incredible to see someone put aside the reasons not to and start reinventing themselves. [4:56] - Allison shares what she learned as a child that impacted her career in later years. She explains her background and how she found herself in corporate sales. [7:12] - She suppressed her creative side to choose what she thought would bring her financial stability. [9:30] - It got to a point where she could feel that things were out of alignment. She had to get to the bottom of burnout. [11:04] - Giving a platform to the thing that lights you up the most opens up everything. [12:03] - For many people, it is somewhere around mid-life where they feel the pull to make a big shift. [14:09] - Where do we even start? It can be scary to make big changes, especially “later” in life. [15:48] - There is grief that comes with outgrowing the familiar. [16:53] - Grieving needs to be normalized. Pain is the price of evolution. [19:09] - There is a misconception and belief that many people have that they are not good enough. [20:52] - Allison describes the framework called Boom, Room, and Bloom. [24:57] - Give yourself some room to experiment but think of it like a playground. [27:01] - Limiting beliefs will hold so many back. Allison explains how she reconciled this within herself. [28:19] - Success is a patchwork of creativity and accomplishment that are all in alignment. [31:41] - We don’t have to wait for the event that knocks us down so hard and so far to make a change. [34:54] - Life is the sum of your relationships, not your achievements. When you invest in the relationships that you want to cultivate, life gets richer. [36:28] - The wrong people may derail you. Welcome to a transformative episode of She Sells Radio! In this special recording of a live session, we dive into the powerful shift from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset. This spontaneous, heart-led dialogue, originally shared on Facebook Live, was inspired by my own journey and the incredible changes I’ve witnessed in our community. For years, I struggled with a scarcity mindset, feeling like I never had enough. Can you relate? This mindset is common in the sales industry, where traditional teachings often emphasize scarcity, leading to anxiety and fear. But I’ve seen a magical transformation in the She Sells community as people embrace abundance—not just in their finances, but in their overall outlook on life. An abundance mindset isn’t about how much money you make; it’s about changing your internal view of the world. When you start seeing yourself as abundant and do the self-concept work, your sales, income, and peace of mind will shift dramatically.  In this episode, we explore how shifting to an abundance mindset can change your life and approach to goals. We’ll discuss the importance of choosing mentors who embody abundance and the need to ask different, more empowering questions. Let’s break free from old paradigms and embrace a new way of thinking.   Show Notes: [2:20] - Scarcity mindset has nothing to do with how much money is in the bank. [3:39] - When you start to do the self-concept work and see yourself as an abundant person, your sales and income will shift. [4:53] - There are a lot of people with large platforms that are teaching a scarcity mindset in sales. [6:11] - As a global community, we are all being invited to a shift in consciousness. We need to drop the old paradigm. [9:01] - Check in with yourself. Do you feel attached when in a sales call? Do you feel anxiety or fear? [12:01] - When hiring a mentor or coach, hire them because you want to learn how they think. [13:20] - There is so much content out there that pushes to “crush the competition” and that is an example of a scarcity mindset that is not helpful in reaching your goals. [16:16] - When you are ready to uplevel and expand, you will feel it. [17:52] - Study the people who have the results you want. [19:28] - You have to start asking different questions. [21:08] - Give what you want to receive.   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind Money Mindset Live Event

Welcome to a transformative episode of She Sells Radio! In this special recording of a live session, we dive into the powerful shift from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset and how this can drastically impact sales. This spontaneous, heart-led dialogue, originally shared as a live conversation on social media, was inspired by my own journey and the incredible changes I’ve witnessed in our community. For years, I struggled with a scarcity mindset, feeling like I never had enough. Can you relate? This mindset is common in the sales industry, where traditional teachings often emphasize scarcity, leading to anxiety and fear. Have you ever thought about how you can avoid going into scarcity mode in sales when it’s the only thing you’ve been taught? The sales cycle is long, so how can you stay motivated when things seem to take forever? These powerful questions, and more, are asked by viewers of the live stream about mindset in sales. Show Notes: [3:27] - Scarcity mindset has nothing to do with how much money you have or earn. [4:18] - When you start to do the self-concept work and see yourself as abundant, your sales will become more abundant. [5:23] - So much of what we are taught in sales is very much in a scarcity mindset. [7:20] - We are all invited to drop the old paradigms and step into a different way of being. [9:05] - Go where you are wanted. [11:03] - There is a huge difference between scarcity and abundant selling. [12:23] - When you are hiring a mentor or a coach, you want to know how they think. [14:35] - Any time you feel the need to crush the competition, you are working in a scarcity mindset. [18:01] - If you are feeling the call for expansion, don’t ask for a “bigger egg.” [19:08] - Study the people who have the results you want. [20:24] - If you desire more abundance in your life, you have to start asking different questions. [21:23] - Give what you want to receive. [22:42] - When you’re stuck in a scarcity mindset, you will constantly be anxious and worried about how you can make more money. [25:43] - Live streams will continue weekly on Tuesday mornings. Hey everyone, welcome to our milestone 350th episode! Can you believe it? This is what happens when you're loving the process. The things we think will take forever to achieve sometimes happen before we even realize it. In today’s episode, we’re diving into a live stream recording from this week about thriving during challenging seasons. I want to share the transformation I experienced during circumstances that could have brought me down completely. Instead of just weathering a challenging season, let's think about how to thrive during or after it. Or better yet, how do we alchemize a challenging season? Alchemy is all about converting something of a lower nature into something of a higher nature. So, how can you alchemize a challenging season? Whether you're facing difficulties in your personal or professional life, there's a profound gift in every challenge. You just have to focus on it. I'll be talking about the three things I did to shift from a challenging season to a new season of absolutely thriving. This topic has been on my heart for a while now. It's amazing to think about the difference a year can make in terms of where we are and the challenges we've overcome. As a company, we're experiencing phenomenal growth. You'll hear about what this season has in store for the She Sells brand moving forward, the vision for the podcast, and how we're bringing that vision to life.   Show Notes: [2:54] - Alchemy is converting something in a lower nature into something of a higher nature. How can you alchemize a challenging season? [7:17] - What got you here, won’t get you to the next step. That is part of the process. [9:23] - We have had several live streams that you could attend live, but now we will be sharing them more frequently on the podcast! [12:03] - The live stream recording begins. [13:26] - What a difference a year can make. [15:01] - We can’t avoid challenging seasons, but we can harness them and use them for our own growth. [17:13] - Have you had a situation in your life when everything suddenly changes quickly and you have to figure out how to handle it? [18:52] - When we’re in it, we’re in survival mode. It might be hard to see the other side. [23:30] - Once you realize the gift you are receiving, you drop the resistance. [26:39] - We don’t get what we want. We get what we are. So become the person who has what you want. [29:10] - When you are in these hard seasons, you are becoming the person you want to be. [31:02] - You can start to see the parts of you that are not a match for the level you are aspiring for. [32:04] - When you set an intention for your next level of growth, you get to “mold the clay.”   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind Money Mindset Live Event

I want to bring you an interview with two good friends and former clients of mine who are experts in cultivating a strong relationship or marriage while you simultaneously grow your business.   This is a topic that we’ve been talking about more in our client community as women are looking to call in BOTH love and money, and I speak a lot on the business and money side of things, but I am bringing you a couple who has devoted their life to helping you elevate your relationship and marriage so you can have the best of both worlds.  Today my guests are Kim and Matthew Hoffman. Kim is the co-founder and co-host of Kickass Couples Podcast and an expert at being a kickass wife. Kim is an experienced, fulfilled, and successful wife who inspires couples to pursue a meaningful, gratifying relationship with their soulmate. Kim’s passion is to teach imperfect couples how to take a relationship from mediocrity to a powerful, committed, joy-filled, love affair. Matthew Hoffman is a national speaker, trainer, author, and kickass relationship coach who empowers men and women to become mighty and effective communicators through his expert guidance, business experience, and the vast resources of Kickass Couples Nation.   Show Notes: [4:29] - Matthew describes the different stages of a relationship. [5:40] - During some rough stages, Matthew and Kim sought coaching and did everything to improve their relationship. [7:37] - It doesn’t happen overnight. We have to work on ourselves first before we can successfully work on our relationship with others. [9:05] - Marriage enrichment is being open to outside sources to help you and coach you along in your relationship. [10:40] - Our families and upbringing play a role in our marriage. Sometimes these things show up as baggage. [13:10] - You have to have a conversation about how you experience love. What did love look like for you growing up? [15:36] - We come to any new relationship with triggers. [18:57] - Mediocre relationships can be transformed into something red hot. [20:20] - We need to be intentional about spending time together even when life is pulling us in different directions. We need to prioritize our spouse. [22:48] - We need to model to each other how we want to be pursued. [25:06] - We all want to feel seen, heard and appreciated. [28:49] - You have the right to share how you want your partner to show up, especially if you are showing up for them. [30:49] - When you have success in a personal relationship, it overflows into your professional relationships, too. [32:14] - If you are growing but your partner is not, there needs to be a conversation. [35:35] - Sometimes, we are in different seasons. We have to support our spouse during their times in the spotlight.   Connect with Matthew and Kim Hoffman: Kickass Couples Podcast Kickass Couples Nation Website   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind $100K in a Day Workshop Money Mindset Live Event

Our imagination is limitless, yet we place restrictions on ourselves all the time. Often, we don’t even realize the ways in which we limit ourselves through the automatic reflexes we've developed over time. These subconscious habits can prevent us from reaching our full potential, and today, we're going to learn how to overcome them. Once we become aware of these self-imposed barriers, we then hold the responsibility to decide what to do with them. This awareness is the first step towards unlocking a life that is better than the best you could imagine. Today’s episode is something that is on my heart. We have the power to open ourselves up, but we’ve been conditioned for these things to not feel right. We need to normalize things feeling good in our lives and once we open up, it can be better than the best you could ever imagine   Show Notes: [2:14] - We don’t even realize the ways in which we limit ourselves through automatic reflexes we’ve developed. [4:40] - Listen to examples from coaching calls that show that you can have more than you ever imagined. [6:38] - When we allow ourselves to open ourselves up to how good life can get, the limitations we put on ourselves no longer hinder us. [7:47] - Once we are aware of the limitations we put on ourselves, we are responsible for deciding what to do with them. [10:03] - This topic comes from the first quadrant: Mind Over Matter. [11:28] - What would “better than the best you could imagine” look like? [13:03] - If you were to harness the power of your imagination, what can “better than you can imagine” even be? [14:36] - Stop looking outside of you for things that you think will make you happy. [16:32] - How do we know if a goal is soul-aligned? [18:09] - If it has been a long time since you’ve listened to yourself, the answer to these questions will be hard to find. [19:37] - We need to normalize and stabilize things in our lives feeling good. [22:44] - An affirmation: “It is safe and normal for me to be blissfully happy, peaceful, and stable.” [25:53] - There are a lot of different strategies to normalize this idea. As good starts flowing in at a whole new level, we need to simply accept it. I’m excited to bring you a new friend and a super connector today on the show who is going to talk about how to network, stand out from the crowd and build resilience in your career and finances whether you are in corporate or an entrepreneur.  I got introduced to Trevor recently by a mutual friend, Amberly Lago, who has been on the show before, and she said you have to meet Trevor and connect with him.  Trevor has built a huge media presence as the host of the “Who Ya Know Show”, and has interviewed people like Grant and Elena Cardone, Tim Story, Heather Monahan, who is a former client of mine and has also been a guest on this show, and more. Trevor is also the CEO of ClearPath Wealth Strategies and has been recognized as a top 50 entrepreneur to watch according to Grit Daily.  There’s a phrase that I have seen come true in  my life over and over again, which is “grace opens doors that hard work never could.”  I think about the biggest moments of my career and life, those moments where it felt like pure grace where something came together or an opportunity happened that I never could have dreamed of, and it was always based on pure grace - but that grace was often spawned by some sort of connection I had who helped me in ways I never could have accomplished with pure hard work.  So the power of connections, building your brand and resilience is critical whether you're in corporate America or an entrepreneur, and Trevor is going to help us dive deeper into those areas in this episode.   Show Notes: [3:13] - Trevor shares his background and what created his passion is helping others become more resilient. [6:16] - He could see the same anxiety and stress he was going through in others. He felt led to give back and serve. [8:02] - When we are seeking abundance, we’re really seeking freedom. [9:14] - Trevor had to transform his life. His book focuses on how to make a transformation. [10:35] - The first step is to make a decision. Some decisions are easy but some feel impossible. [12:37] - Find a place to place your energy. [15:27] - A victim mentality is a cancer. Accountability is crucial. [16:54] - Reflect on what you can control. What can you do better? [20:11] - You are the only one that can give yourself permission to change. [24:34] - What do you already have that you can work with? Don’t look for what is missing. [26:18] - Relationships are everything. [28:57] - Think about ways you can make someone else’s life better. The law of reciprocity means it will come back around to you. [33:34] - Things happen for you, not to you. [37:09] - Trevor shares the 7 C’s of cash flow. [39:25] - How do we stand out in a saturated market? [43:50] - Video comments and personalized content makes a huge difference. [47:02] - Trevor shares his advice for overcoming rejection.   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind $100K in a Day Workshop Money Mindset Live Event

Hey everyone! Welcome back to another episode of She Sells Radio, where we're diving deep into the nitty-gritty of breaking six figures and beyond. Whether you're a seasoned entrepreneur or even in corporate sales, today’s content is always for you. Today, we're pulling back the curtain and cracking the code on what really matters (and what doesn't) when it comes to reaching that coveted six-figure milestone and beyond. I'm thrilled to be flying solo for this episode, inspired by the countless women who've embarked on their entrepreneurial journey only to find themselves pivoting towards coaching and mentorship. We'll be delving into my own journey, including a peek behind the scenes at my own six-figure month and the strategies that made it happen. From building and scaling your business to creating time freedom that allows you to live life on your terms, I’ve got you covered. Today, we are discussing strategy with a lot more to come in future conversations. And be sure to listen to the end so you can learn all the ways to take the next step for you and your business.   Show Notes: [2:37] - Would a Sales Tip of the Week be a helpful addition to the podcast? [4:45] - Contact Elyse if you are interested in a coaching mentorship. [8:30] - Sometimes we have experiences that make us realize how much we have. [10:34] - We may realize how much we have to work and grind to provide for our family. [12:19] - At one point in her life, it was not something Elyse could even imagine to receive money without having spent a ton of time earning it. [13:45] - It is possible for you to create a business that works for you. [14:35] - Efficacy over effort. [17:05] - It is profound to be able to be present, relaxed, and have trust and flow in the business whether you are working or not. [19:44] - It’s about your belief system and its alignment with what you want. [22:51] - We are programmed to earn our financial set point. [25:09] - If you are experiencing massive limiting beliefs about something, you’re on the right track. [26:47] - Do not compare what you are looking to do to what someone else is doing. They are on a different point in their journey. [30:04] - Your energy can call other people up where your vibration aligns with their own. [31:56] - Do it before you’re ready. [33:45] - If it doesn’t work right away, it might not have finished yet. [36:01] - It doesn’t matter how much you’ve tried or invested. If you give your power away, it’s not going to happen. [38:09] - We waste time doing things that are a shot in the dark, but there are other things that we can do that are lighted and guided. [40:32] - If you are being called to do something, there are other people out there that need what you can provide. [43:17] - Find a way to make this fit into your life. [45:19] - You do not need perfection. [46:56] - You do not need someone else’s permission. [47:59] - Now what do you do? Whether you are a sales professional, a solopreneur or an established leader leading a team, one of the areas we all consistently need to grow in is leadership. We are all leading - first ourselves, then others whether that’s in the sales process or to join us in our companies. This is an area I’m always wanting to grow in myself, and I’m super excited to bring you a true expert on this topic to the show today. Mark Williams is the President and CEO of Brokers International, one of the industry’s largest field marketing organizations — providing annuity and life insurance solutions to independent insurance and financial professionals across the nation. Mark has a proven track record driving transformation, having helped transform companies such as Allianz, The Hartford, and GamePlan from the inside out.  Currently, Mark is focused on the future of the insurance industry: from the disruptions of InsurTech and robo-advisors to the changing demographics and needs of customers. He also is an avid mentor helping financial professionals navigate the industry. Mark is the author of Lead, Don’t Manage: 12 Lessons in Creating a Leadership Culture Based on Core Values, which we dive into more in this conversation.   Show Notes: [2:59] - Whether you are in finance or not, the principles that Mark shares can apply to anyone. [4:41] - In a society that glorifies hustle and burnt out, Mark explains what inspired him to change his mindset. [6:20] - Give it all you’ve got, but you don’t have to work for every minute of the day. [8:19] - Working hard does not mean you are working smart. [10:09] - Prioritize what you are doing when you are doing it and make sure the tasks you are working on are important. [12:06] - At the end of the day, results matter. But challenge your boss to do it your way and see what your results are. [15:24] - Mark believes that clients and employees are different today than they have been in the past. They’re more open to authenticity. [17:10] - Branding is important, but it’s not your logo. It is what people say about you when you’re not in the room. [21:50] - LinkedIn seems like an audience that only wants business professionals. But people are interested in real people. [23:18] - What is the difference between traditional leadership and transformational leadership? [27:02] - As a leader, understanding the things that employees are going through is crucial. [28:23] - Lots of good salespeople are not good managers. Be brutally honest with yourself. [33:40] - There’s a balance that needs to be found in leadership. One of the toughest things to do in leadership is being a “bad guy.” [36:02] - The conversations you are most fearful of might be some of the best conversations you’ll ever have.   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind Balance, Not Burnout Podcast Mark Williams Website Lead, Don’t Manage: 12 Lessons in Creating a Leadership Culture Based on Core Values by Mark Williams

[46:09] - The energy with which we do something, determines the outcome. [50:47] - A major money block is not showing up as the person who receives it. [56:17] - Clarify the vision. I'm absolutely buzzing with excitement to reconnect with you all in this solo episode—it feels like ages since we've had a heart-to-heart. Today, I've got something truly special in store for you as I peel back the layers and offer you an exclusive peek behind the scenes of my recent mastermind retreat down in beautiful Florida. During this soul-nourishing event, I experienced some profound shifts in consciousness that I simply can't wait to share with you. From the transformative power of flexibility and surrender to the delicate dance between intention and letting go, there were ah-ha moments aplenty. But perhaps the most liberating takeaway of all was the revelation that it's okay—scratch that, it's essential—to stop feeling guilty for wanting more out of life. It's time to own our desires, embrace our dreams, and step boldly into the life we've always envisioned for ourselves.   Show Notes: [2:34] - The first takeaway for me as the facilitator of the event is the power of flexibility and surrender to a greater good. [4:15] - The event location was stunning, so check it out on social media. [5:55] - There’s a delicate balance that we take when we’re creating next level goals between intention and surrender. [8:07] - How can I be of service no matter how many people are present? [9:17] - Because of the changes, I scrapped some of the plans and really went into what attendees needed. [10:57] - I used to look at the success of other people and make assumptions. [14:18] - What is convenient will keep you complacent. [16:13] - To level up, you need to elevate your level of consciousness. [18:20] - Listen to an experience of a mastermind community member who is seeking another level of abundance. [19:52] - A lot of times, the old worn-out thinking is creating feelings of guilt and shame. [22:21] - What is your paradigm and social conditioning telling you? Is it holding you back from abundance? [24:07] - You have to start by creating soul freedom. [25:07] - Listen to an excerpt from a reading that drives this point home. [27:01] - All our lives, we are made to feel guilty over the things we desire. [29:15] - After listening to that excerpt, did you feel any tension or triggers? [31:02] - What is the consciousness of someone who is comfortable in their abundance? [33:41] - I am one with my highest self and know I want to be the best Elyse Archer I can be. [35:12] - It is up to us to create heaven on Earth everyday. [36:50] - Get yourself in an environment surrounded by the level you want to be in. [39:10] - You can learn this information, but you have to get uncomfortable and take the opportunity to change the areas of your life that are holding you back. [41:16] - If this resonated with you and you are ready to cultivate this, you are ready to be a part of Mind Over Matter Live.   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind Mind Over Matter Live Event

The topic of the conversation today is such an incredible topic. It’s a really hot topic in our community right now and something I don’t think I’ve ever met a woman who said she didn’t want to grow and improve in: cultivating confidence. Today’s guests are absolute experts in this area and they certainly walk the walk. Erin and Sarit Attwood are the co-founders of Emunah Strength - a health, wellness, self discipline movement for high-performers. Sarit and Erin, have helped thousands of women worldwide become the most confident version of themselves by creating mental and physical strength. Erin and Sarit help driven women discover the gaps that are holding them back from reaching their highest potential in all areas of their life, by mastering their health, fitness, discipline and mental fortitude so they never have to be on a diet. These two body transformation experts have over 25 years of combined experience in the health and fitness space, have been featured on Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine, The Discovery Channel, and more.   Show Notes: [3:34] - No one wakes up in the morning hoping that they will be scared and concerned. [4:21] - If you feel like you are not living up to your potential, the way you show up makes it hard to go after the things you want. [5:47] - Confidence makes reaching your goals possible. [7:22] - The gateway to confidence is self discipline. But confidence is perishable. [9:52] - There’s a notable and important difference between confidence and ignorance but they might look similar from the outside. [11:16] - Confidence is born out of following through with the things you tell yourself you will do. [15:23] - Just because you want to implement something everyday does not make it an ultimatum. [17:09] - If you have to start again, you haven’t lost what you’ve already done, learned, and earned. [19:50] - You have to be enrolled in yourself. [22:31] - It is inevitable to fear judgment especially when we put ourselves out there for the first time or after a negative experience. [23:37] - If you are truly being authentic, there will be some people who will not like it. [24:52] - People are a mirror. We need to be aware of ourselves because we see other people out of context. [27:37] - We don’t know what we don’t know. [28:36] - Reputation is what people say and think about you. Character is what you build. [16:53] - There’s a marriage between the to-do list and the calendar. They come together. [18:16] - Everything makes sense when we see it on a list or a calendar. [21:22] - There’s a lot of pressure out there to do a million things. [24:31] - We procrastinate because we think it will make us feel better by avoiding the thing we don’t want to do. But the longer we wait, the heavier we feel. [25:54] - A major problem is a lack of boundaries. Today's episode is a recording of an impromptu live stream inspired by the vibrant community at She Sells, where the core message was really shining through: trust yourself. I invite you to open your mind and heart as we explore the power of trusting ourselves, especially when we’ve got leveling up to do. Trusting yourself isn't always comfortable, especially when the goals we have are big and lofty. It's about embracing uncertainty and taking that quantum leap, even when fear whispers doubts into your ear. As we navigate through the trials of decision-making and self-doubt, remember this: every time you bet on yourself and follow through, the results will be better than you ever could have imagined. In this episode, we peel back the layers of what it truly means to trust yourself. It's not just about studying or seeking external validation; it's about internalizing that knowledge and taking action. We challenge seeking advice from those around us and instead, encourage you to trust your own intuition. As you listen, consider the profound question: Who do you need to become to navigate this growth and success? Remember, growth is never logical or safe—it's about trusting yourself every step of the way and not making decisions out of fear.   Show Notes: [3:26] - The core message that underlies everything in the She Sells community is all about trusting yourself. [4:41] - Trusting yourself can sometimes feel uncomfortable especially when it comes to big goals. [6:47] - What does decision-making from the end look like? [9:02] - Every time you bet on yourself and see it through, it will always turn out better than I could have imagined. [12:03] - Studying is a great first step, but if we don’t take what we learn into understanding deeply and taking action, it’s not useful. [14:17] - Trusting yourself is where the real work is. [16:30] - We tend to look to friends and family for advice, but if they do not have the results you want, they will not be able to give you feedback that matches what you want. [20:56] - To make the amount of money you want, to get the promotion or clients you want, to make a quantum leap, you need to trust yourself. [22:25] - Hear about upcoming opportunities to connect and learn with Elyse including a free online event and high level retreats. [25:04] - When you are growing and leveling up, it won’t always feel safe and logical. [6:47] - Her imagination has always been her superpower. [7:48] - For a long time, Jessica felt a lot of shame about the things she loved. [8:57] - Jessica remembers the time when she detached from the person she was born to be due to feeling the pressure of her family to be someone else. [11:08] - Jessica shares the story about getting her first fashion retail job. [13:09] - It all began in a plus-size fashion store. She learned how to highlight beauty. [16:22] - She found herself in leadership at a young age, leading women who were older than her. [18:11] - Learning about leadership was a lesson in listening. [19:45] - When she was home as a stay-at-home-mom and her husband lost his job, Jessica knew something had to change. [21:28] - While working in a boutique, she had a side-hustle styling women in their homes. [23:01] - If you are allowing fear to hold you back from doing what you know you are meant to do to serve others, you are actually being selfish. [26:03] - Once she made changes and started using her gifts to serve others, she wished she had done it sooner. [28:17] - Jessica shares how she learned how to visualize. [30:37] - Are you staying present in your intentions? [32:20] - Start your day and know how beautiful you can look. Put your intention into what you like. [34:40] - Jessica has a formula to use when you are styling yourself. The first part is to review and reflect. [38:19] - Jessica shares some of the things that the women she has worked with have loved about the services and community. [42:11] - Shift your mindset to focus on what is possible in the future. I'm flying solo today, and I want us to really get into what it means to have this goal and how it plays out in real life. So, you're dreaming of retiring your partner, right? But let's get real—what does that look like? Sure, it's all about financial empowerment and seeing your partner thrive, but there's a lot more to it. [6:22] - If you allow yourself to expand financially, it could open doors for your partner as well who may be dreaming of leaving a job they don’t love or even going back to school. [8:59] - Have you felt that there is something more for your partner before they even realize it? [10:44] - Elyse explains the moment when her husband set the intention of going to medical school. [12:39] - In a nutshell, Elyse quit playing small in her life and in her business. [14:08] - The shifts came first inside herself before they manifested outward. See yourself as the person who can retire your partner. Feel worthy of your income. [16:50] - Overall, it’s incredible, but there were a lot of ups and downs. [22:17] - When you invest in yourself, it is a double blessing. It elevates everyone in your family. [24:07] - You have to believe you can do it. [27:03] - Masculine and feminine energy has a huge impact. [29:58] - There’s so much to say about this topic.   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind Permission to be Powerful by Elyse Archer

Welcome back to She Sells Radio for another solo episode. After so many amazing interview episodes with the best of the best, I really want to dive into themes close to my heart. Today, I'm particularly eager to chat about a powerful concept that recently took shape in a book titled Permission to be Powerful, co-authored by yours truly and members of the mastermind. This book, hot off the presses since January 17th, invites you to think about a profound question: What would it look like for you to give yourself permission to be in your full power in all aspects of your life? Power is a loaded term to a lot of people. And it can make us feel really uncomfortable. But it's not about defiance. It’s a conscious choice to be at the center of your life, steering your destiny with intention. I share my personal journey in this episode, and share the internal struggles to remain a lone wolf, as well as the reflection that led to embracing a path of increased leadership in my business. We explore the notion of surface-level safety in hiding and the transformative power of getting massively uncomfortable. Join me in this exploration of self-permission, questioning societal programming, and the beautiful journey of learning to trust yourself.  The book, Permission to be Powerful, features diverse perspectives on this topic, and I am so excited to share it with you.   Show Notes: [2:44] - Elyse co-authored a book called Permission to be Powerful with members of her mastermind. [4:40] - Power is a loaded word to a lot of people. It means that you know you are in control of your destiny and your fate. You are at the center of your life. [6:50] - Personal power is not about defiance. It’s about you consciously choosing and operating out of the sense of controlling your destiny. [8:34] - We have to surrender to how big things can be for us. [10:12] - Elyse has taken on a lot more leadership and experienced a lot of internal struggle. [12:14] - The wounded part of her felt safer as a lone wolf. [14:03] - It took a lot of reflection to figure out which path to take. It’s understandable why people hide. [16:08] - There’s surface level safety in hiding. [17:30] - What’s the endgame for you? [19:19] - Elyse couldn’t stop seeing the vision of the next level for her business. [21:20] - Elyse had a dream about an office space years ago and shares the experience of seeing it in person. [25:01] - You have to be willing to get massively uncomfortable. [28:40] - We can hide behind a lot of things. It’s easy and convenient to hide because you don’t have to be responsible and powerful. [30:29] - Who are you waiting for to give you permission? No one can but you. [33:01] - We don’t always stop and think for ourselves. We’ve been taught not to question anything. [35:17] - If Elyse hadn’t learned how to trust herself, she never would have learned the best path for her. [37:05] - There are so many instances in your day-to-day that are programming. [38:44] - It is easy to stop trusting yourself. But it’s a beautiful journey to go on. [40:22] - When you learn to trust yourself and think for yourself, you start making choices based on expansion and your dreams rather than safety or restriction. [42:53] - In the book, Permission to be Powerful, there are multiple authors and perspectives on this topic.   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind Permission to be Powerful by Elyse Archer

Let’s get cozy and have our first solo episode of 2024! The topic of today’s episode has evolved a bit as I have thought about what I’d like to share about. But the new year always brings the energy of a fresh start and new perspective, so let’s chat about time management. Or rather, how you manage yourself during the time you have. I am a mom of two little boys under the age of 4. I am a business owner, a wife, and a woman who cares about her own self-care and well-being. All of this to say, fitting it all in can sometimes feel like an impossible feat. But you can do it. Listen to this episode to find out how I’ve learned to manage myself in this season of my life and how you, too, can find the things that work for you. Be sure to also register for Elevate 2024! Elevate is a 2 Day FREE Live Workshop for Female Sales Professionals and Entrepreneurs ready to drop anything holding them back from their biggest dreams, and level up their 2024. Register here: http://www.elysearcher.com/elevate2024    Show Notes: [3:11] - You can’t manage time. You can only manage yourself. [5:01] - Everything is playing out for you. [7:52] - The things you do in your day and how much you do is not as important as how you feel while doing them. [9:22] - Your feeling state determines how effective your actions are. [10:27] - When you feel like you’re not doing enough, pause and recalibrate. [12:59] - You can get a lot done in one minute. [15:39] - When we’re in the energy of eagerness, not only do we get results from the actions we take, but we also attract other things. [17:12] - Elyse describes her upcoming childcare schedule and how this will impact her work. [20:29] - Give yourself permission to make your own rules. [23:24] - If you are craving self-care time, you need to make it happen. [24:57] - What used to work for you might not work anymore. It evolves. [27:28] - Remove things off your calendar that don’t move the needle forward. [30:33] - Be flexible with your hours. [33:13] - Do less. Do the things that move the needle forward and then be present. [36:58] - Ask yourself a series of questions when you are feeling like you haven’t done enough.   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind Elevate 2024

It’s the new year and it is one of those times when we really start to reexamine ourselves, reexamine our values, set goals, look at what we want to create and who we want to be. I think I’m probably not alone in saying that I spent a good chunk of my life looking externally for validation, feedback of what success looked like, who I should be, how I should show up, and it wasn’t until I made the decision to start experiencing the fullness of who I was that life started to really unfold in a big way. Our guest today is an absolute expert in helping you connect with that truth of who you are and then using that to help you build a life and a business that you absolutely love and feel at home in. Angie Wisdom is a Master Certified Coach with the ICF and 25+ years of business experience. She helps burned-out business owners stop running in place and start elevating their companies by putting themselves first and carving out the time to master their own leadership skills. As the professional coach behind the scenes for many of the most successful people you know, she is a mentor and confidante that navigates her clients from that place of searching for success to achieving more than they ever thought possible. Only 4% of the coaches in the country have an MCC designation and Angie uses this distinction along with her experience and knowledge to guide her clients professionally and personally.   Show Notes: [3:39] - Angie shares her background in finance and what the transition into thought leadership looked like for her. [4:53] - What she thought money and success looked like was not true and learning she had been misled motivated her for a change. [6:25] - What does it mean to “choose your seat”? [9:11] - Think about what you want your business to look like and write down the things that are holding you back from that. [11:19] - The number one limiting belief in this new vision is the need to continue doing things the way they’ve done things before. Separate the facts from your story. [15:14] - Society as a whole seems to be moving from all grit performance to performance through inner work and values. [17:07] - Angie explains how she views values and what is truly important to her. [20:17] - Figure out your values and then determine what it looks like. [21:16] - Define your values in your own way. Time freedom might mean something different to you than to someone else. [22:29] - What we are really looking for is a feeling. [24:04] - Whatever you are looking for, there is something underneath it all. [26:22] - Money comes from having a strong purpose behind it. [28:06] - It takes courage. But Angie believes that people just don’t know how capable they are. [30:26] - If we are unwilling to see what’s holding you back, there’s no way to address it. [34:58] - Look inside and trust yourself. [37:07] - Think about the things you say about the person you trust the most. Do you think those same things about yourself?   Connect with Angie Wisdom: Angie Wisdom’s Website Sharing Wisdom Podcast   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind

After an accidental cruise I took with my two little ones last week, I am feeling called to talk about what to do when things don’t go according to plan. Needless to say, I never planned to take a seven day cruise with a 3 year old and a 9 month old by myself, but it happened and I definitely learned a lot. This episode is a straight from the heart solo episode about this experience: the struggles and challenges, but the amazing memories as well. When things don’t go according to the plans we make, we can resist them or we can look for blessings and opportunities to expand. Which perspective will you have? It's time to experience how good life can get. The $50K Club Mastermind is accepting applications for the female entrepreneurs who are ready to achieve the next level. Apply at https://elysearcher.com/50kclub/.    Show Notes: [1:26] - After a comical and accidental vacation, Elyse experienced the challenge of not having a plan and not being in control. [3:21] - Every single challenging experience is an opportunity to learn a lesson. [4:59] - 2023 was a challenging year for Elyse with lots of positive changes but a lot of uncertainty. [7:11] - Elyse manifested this cruise experience, but some unexpected plot twists changed the plans. [10:30] - Elyse shares some of the challenges experienced on the cruise that were completely out of her control. [12:42] - She realizes that she will not make the decision to take a solo vacation with her children at this young age. [15:05] - Towards the end of the vacation, Elyse had gotten better at managing her energy. [17:13] - If things are really hard for you right now, remember the context.  [18:41] - It’s all relative. Compare down and not up. [20:19] - When things don’t go according to plan, there’s always something there that will help you expand. [22:07] - We can look at these scenarios in one of two ways. [23:16] - Elyse faced challenges this year that made her feel like she just couldn’t do it. These pushed her edges and made her stronger. [25:38] - It’s all about your perspective and the lens you are looking through. [27:26] - Loving yourself unlocks another whole level. Today’s guest is a seasoned revenue leader in the SaaS sales space with over 16 years overall experience and 10 years of executive leadership. She has a unique background as a musician and artist that I’m excited to dive into and see how that has impacted her approach to sales. Christina Brady is my guest, in addition to being a seasoned revenue leader she's the host of the Taking the Lead Podcast and the Head of Development for Women in Sales. As a former artist, musician, and improv performer, she has a genuine passion for building culture, coaching & developing leaders, and producing top-performing Sales and CS teams across small to enterprise organizations. Christina uses her experience, data driven approach, and people first mentality to impact and support SaaS organizations across the US. On a daily basis, she is energized by the opportunity to help companies of all sizes grow and make a worldly impact.   Show Notes: [2:49] - Christina’s unique background has helped her in unexpected ways in B2B sales. She shares her arts background and the similarities between art and sales. [5:57] - Even though she went through unsuccessful sales while working in insurance, Christina learned that she loved sales. [7:56] - She learned that you can have the intent on helping somebody and your intent is pure, sales will be successful. [10:19] - Infuse your intention into every part of your sales process. [11:48] - Your intent will be very clear to prospects. [15:06] - It’s not the pressure to perform that is the problem. It’s the pressure of what will happen if you don’t. Fear shuts the brain down. [17:34] - If you are in a high pressure situation, Christina gives the suggestion to bring it to the attention of leadership. [19:50] - The most critical thing you can do to build a relationship is to listen and understand. [21:28] - Show the physical cues that you are listening. [23:27] - Christina gives examples of ways to prove that you were really listening. [26:22] - Decisions are made in one of four ways. [27:50] - Kinder prospects are actually harder to sell to. You can give people the opportunity to say no and that it is okay to do so. [31:19] - That landscape is evolving. Christina says to seek balance.   Connect with Christina: Taking the Lead Podcast Women in Sales Website Christina Brady on LinkedIn   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind

I have one of my favorite humans on the planet here for an interview today, and in fact as of today the only guest who has now been on the show three times. Rita Hausken is an original member of the She Sells community, one of the OG’s of our $10K Club and $50K Club. She’s the founder and CEO of Shestainability, an Executive Coach and a trusted advisor to women leaders who are changing the world.  Rita is a strategist and leadership coach who has supported hundreds of women to take their seat at the table and speak confidently so their ideas and visions are heard. She comes from a male-dominated industry and through her experiences has realized that the biggest challenge wasn’t the industry, but rather the masculine culture. Rita has since left the energy industry and is the founder of Shestainability through which she coaches other women to truly go after what they want, balance their energies, and work in a healthy and meaningful way that ignites their sense of purpose. Today we’re going to be talking about legacy. I know a lot has changed in Rita’s world since she was on the show a little over a year ago. Listen on to find out how her son Benjamin has inspired her passion for the work she does now in the space of creating lasting legacy.   Show Notes: [2:56] - Rita’s son was diagnosed with a condition that changed the way she believed in the opportunity to make a difference. [4:38] - Through her focus on finding happiness, medication for his condition was approved and lives have been saved. [6:21] - Benjamin could not speak, but he learned the ability to hear what was unspoken. [7:13] - How do you create a legacy? Every single day we receive an opportunity to create a legacy. [10:12] - Through referrals, people come to work Rita with the feeling of restlessness. [13:04] - Rita reminds individuals just how powerful they really are. [14:30] - Women need to get out of their own way. [18:31] - When Benjamin passed, RIta had to surrender to the fact that she could not control things. [21:40] - We are brought up to think that pleasing people is a good thing. But it holds us back. [24:08] - Rita explains the possibility of a level of following your intuition and inner knowing. [27:28] - When we step out of doing things to please other people and step into the things that are a “must”, we are powerful. [28:49] - By trying to control, we play things small. [30:29] - You can create the community that you need most. [32:58] - We can go fast on our own, but we can go farther with a tribe of like-minded people who are working on their own legacy. [35:46] - This year, Rita experienced a lot of illness. But she got curious and learned that even this problem was something that could be solved. [39:00] - When we focus on “how,” we are limiting ourselves. [40:58] - So much comes from releasing the “how.” [44:00] - Learning to say no and learning the willingness to say no is hard.   Connect with Rita: RitaHausken.com Shestainability Website RIta Hausken on LinkedIn   Links and Resources: Instagram  |  LinkedIn  |  YouTube She Sells with Elyse Archer Home Page Abundance Mini Course Join the $10K Club Apply for the $50K Club Mastermind

If you’ve followed me for any amount of time you know my own personal sales and business transformation and going from stuck at the same level for over a decade to 10X’ing my income within 6 weeks did not come from working harder. It came from diving deep into my subconscious programs that were hindering me and keeping me stuck, and developing a new belief system that empowered me to quantum leap.  As I now teach and believe - your results will never supersede your identity.  So today we get to go deep with an expert in reprogramming the subconscious mind and removing limiting beliefs that may have persisted for most of our lives. My guest today is Joel Bein, the founder of Human Liberation, where he shares a revolutionary approach to removing negative beliefs from the subconscious mind, freeing people from their unwanted thoughts and emotions.  Joel Bein helps people become whole, curious, creative, and empowered to live a life that makes them come alive. He has created hundreds of articles and podcasts to support an empowered, 21st-century creative mindset, and has shared the microphone and collaborated with thought leaders and entrepreneurs such as Ryan Nicodemus, Madeline Mann, John Barrows, and Scott Leese. As a passionate seeker of personal growth and mental well-being, he is Founder of Human Liberation, which shares a revolutionary approach to remove negative beliefs from the subconscious mind, freeing people from their unwanted thoughts and emotions.   Show Notes: [3:17] - Joel’s personal development story started early, at only age 18. He was drawn to learning more about creating a healthy world. [5:19] - As children, we create stories to make sense of these. But they become baggage and get in the way as we become adults. [7:23] - Amazing things are unlocked when we learn how to be our authentic selves again. [9:02] - You have needs that money simply cannot meet. [11:00] - We tend to hold back and sit on our needs. [12:09] - What is the belief that is holding you back? [15:19] - Affirmations are valuable, but it is the hardest thing for people to find value in. [17:02] - Until we deal with the part of us that truly believes something limiting, affirmations will not be as impactful. [19:33] - Money is a common taboo topic and an area of contention for a lot of people who don’t feel worthy of having it. [21:33] - Joel explains how to do a gut check on a limiting belief. [25:34] - Integrate the body and the mind. Your body will feel the limiting belief. [29:27] - The hustle mindset is something that needs to be dismantled. Joel is a fan of something called High Performing Loafing. [31:10] - Rest and relaxation is key to your brain’s performance. [32:49] - It is hard to let go of the instilled belief that we are not doing enough. [34:21] - Self care can be interpreted in a lot of different ways. For some people, this can swing the pendulum in the other direction. [36:45] - The methods Joel teaches eliminates the limiting beliefs. [40:18] - The emotional impact of this work can be very fast if you are open to it. [41:09] - Joel has put together a guide for listeners of She Sells Radio.
