51. How to assess and accept what you actually need right now
Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is a helpful way to frame what your needs actually are at this time in your life. It’s one way we can put language to what we truly need versus everything we say we want and need.  This episode is an invitation for you to explore what your core needs are at this time, and how you can prioritize them from a place of acceptance and surrender instead of resistance, and what you can do to move forward to address them.  Small adjustments practiced more often over time have long lasting, impactful results.   BE THE FIRST TO KNOW WHEN REGISTRATION OPENS FOR THE IT’S YOUR MOVE BLUEPRINT GROUP COACHING PROGRAM BY JOINING THE LIST HERE

I’m walking you through a self-assessment called Mi Vida Entera/My Entire Life. We’re going to assess specific areas of your life. The purpose of this isn’t to get a complete, perfect picture and rating of every single piece of your life.  It’s an invitation to get more self aware of how you’re really thinking and feeling, how you’re living and experiencing the different areas of your life and what needs to change for you to move closer towards what you need and want in those areas.
