Unbox The Podcast explores intuitive intelligence as a practical skill for real life and self-leadership. Hosted by Sahar Palmer, bestselling author and intuitive life mentor, the podcast offers grounded insight into identity, emotional integrity, and the courage required to stay true to who you are during change. Drawing on over three decades of mentoring experience, each episode reflects Sahar's signature Unbox The Real You™ framework, rooted in the Four Dimensions of Change BEMA™ Methodology: Body, Emotions, Mind, and Accountability. The conversations bridge awareness and lived responsibility, supporting clarity, coherence, and discernment in both life and work. A new episode is released every Tuesday. If the podcast resonates with you, a brief review is always appreciated.
How do you live your truth without forcing change or overriding yourself? In this episode of Unbox The Podcast, I continue our 2026 conversation on coherence, self-awareness, and alignment, and explain why real change happens when body awareness, emotions, beliefs, and action are brought into clarity. I unpack what coherence actually looks like in daily life, why action should never come first, and how recalibration keeps your life and work aligned with who you truly are. I also share a practical client example that shows why going inward before acting outward leads to clearer, more grounded decisions. The Courage to Be You is a lived experience- not just theory. 🔗 You can download my Tools for Life™ 9-page PDF, the Finding Your Balance, mentioned in the episode. The Courage to Be You begins with self-leadership. In this opening episode of Season 2026, I explore intuition and logic, syntax and context, and why real change starts with honest self-recognition. A grounded reflection on inner leadership, coherence, and staying true to who you are. We explore why motivation is not the starting point for change, how honest self-recognition leads to action, and what mature self-leadership looks like in real life, not as performance, but as lived integrity. If this episode resonated, you might want to begin by noticing where coherence is already asking for your attention. You can download my Tools for Life™ 11-page PDF, the BEMA Alignment WIP List™, via the link in the episode description. Until next Tuesday, keep showing up and staying true. 2025 was not a year of change. It was a year of exposure. In this final episode of the year, I reflect on what 2025 truly demanded of us, how alignment stopped being private, and why 2026 calls for coherence and self-leadership. This is an invitation to stop negotiating with yourself and to stand in your own power. 2025 tested integrity, values, and consistency, and revealed why clarity without action is no longer enough. I share what shifted for me personally, how Unbox The Podcast has evolved, and why the coming year is not about doing more, but about living what you already know. 2026 is the year of coherence. The year of self-leadership. The year of having the courage to be you. The Real You. The #1 Sign You Are About to Break Through. Many people experience but rarely talk about openly: what it feels like to keep going when validation is missing. In today's conversation we explore why the absence of validation is often the clearest sign you are aligned and about to break through. This episode is about quiet consistency, self-trust, and why real success is built when no one is watching, applauding, or confirming your path. After receiving an appreciation award for twenty years of podcasting, I reflect on why recognition never arrives too late, and why the real reward is not the applause but the person you become when you continue without it. We look at how relying on external validation slowly disconnects you from yourself, why integrity matters more than visibility, and how alignment creates its own timing. I also share why Unbox The Podcast has always been voice-first, and how sound allows the message to land in the body, not just the mind. If you are quietly building something that matters to you, this episode is a reminder that you are not behind. You are becoming. Rewrite your story. Reclaim your power. Authenticity, leadership, intuition, self growth, self awareness, emotional clarity. In this episode I explore what happens when you stop performing and start leading from your real self. Courage begins quietly, through awareness, presence, and the willingness to be human. I talk about why we lose our voice when we try to fit in, how performance distances us from truth, and why quiet leadership is more powerful than confidence on display. When you align with your values, not your image, life becomes lighter. Awareness becomes your compass. Connection becomes your strength. Thanks for listening! Growth without rhythm leads to burnout. In this episode of Unbox The Podcast, Sahar Huneidi Palmer shows why rhythm — not rigid rules — is the real foundation of lasting transformation. Through rhythm, effort flows, procrastination fades, and life finds its balance. Rhythm is more than timing — it is the steady flow that shapes how we live, work, and grow. In Episode 39, Sahar shares vivid stories from piano lessons with a metronome, writing books, advice from a client to keep a 9 a.m. desk rhythm, and the way daily tasks like laundry or family time fall into place when given their own space. You'll hear how rhythm programmes the brain, clears procrastination, and creates balance across personal and professional life. From discipline and compassion to flexibility and spontaneity, Sahar explains how rhythm keeps growth sustainable instead of punishing. Through the BEMA™ Methodology, discover how rhythm aligns the Four Dimensions of Change: Body, Emotions, Mind, and Accountability, so that commitment becomes natural, not forced.  Shadow work isn't just theory—it's the unconscious story that quietly limits your healing, growth, and self-awareness. In this episode, Sahar Palmer unpacks how to spot your shadow, release old stories, and reclaim your power through the BEMA™ Methodology. Is your shadow stealing your power? Sahar reveals how rejected parts of yourself silently control your story. Learn how the shadow plays out in emotions and beliefs and how facing it with kindness helps you reclaim your true power. The shadow isn't evil. It's the parts of yourself you judged, rejected, or left in the dark. These hidden aspects show up in your body, emotions, and beliefs, making old stories feel real and convincing. Unless you face the shadow, you keep replaying the same loop and silently giving away your power. Sahar shares how the shadow forms, why it feels so real, and what happens when you acknowledge it with kindness. Drawing on her personal story, client examples, and insights from her new book The Zen Oracle (co-authored with Khaled Bazzi), Sahar explains how awareness plus new action frees you from the shadow's grip. When everything seems to fall apart at once — machines failing, friendships fading, even pets unwell — it may not be random. Sahar Huneidi Palmer reveals how these disruptions are signs of a paradigm shift: a sideways step into accelerated growth and a new way of living. Have you ever felt like life unravels all at once. It's tempting to think, "I must be cursed." But what if these events are not random at all? To Kenyo, with love and gratitude. Loss changes us. In this heartfelt episode, Sahar Huneidi Palmer shares her personal journey through the deaths of loved ones and her beloved cat Kenyo, exploring grief, love, and the meaning we find in living each day fully. Sahar shares the story of losing my father, brother, husband, mother, and most recently, her cat Kenyo. Through each loss, Sahar learnt that grief is not just about endings — it's about love, connection, and the meaning we choose to give our days. We explore why the death of a pet can trigger old grief, how cultural expectations shape the way we mourn, and why letting go can be the most loving act of all. Sahar also shares a vision that shifted her perspective on death, teaching her that our role is to honour the journey of those we love, in life and in death. Message form Sahar: There are over a thousand videos and free webinars on my YouTube channel, as well as free self-help tools, eBooks, and online courses. Retreats, workshops, full moon circles. But what happens when your self-growth journey starts to feel like another identity to live up to? In this episode of Unbox The Podcast, Sahar Huneidi Palmer asks: Are you healing—or just following the crowd? She unpacks the pressure created by the booming wellness industry, the rise of luxury holistic centres, and why herd-style spirituality can actually distract you from true transformation. You'll also hear a real client story: a woman who believed she was more spiritual than her husband because she attended regular retreats—until She was reminded that real growth expresses itself in many forms, not just the visible ones. With her BEMA™ Methodology (Body, Emotions, Mind, Accountability), Sahar guides you back to a grounded, honest connection with your inner truth. If you're tired of chasing healing, this episode is your permission to slow down, get real, and reclaim your power. Thanks for listening! We don't mean to get in the way—but often, our "help" holds others back. This week, Sahar explores how inherited family roles and loving intentions can block growth, erode self-esteem, and delay individuation. It's time to update the story and let others grow. Do you find yourself trying to protect or guide your younger loved ones—only to end up arguing, resented, or feeling helpless? I'm asking a hard question: are we supporting growth—or replaying old patterns we inherited? As part of this year's theme The Power of Your Story, we explore how family roles, cultural expectations, and loving intentions can unintentionally rob the younger generation of the chance to grow. Whether it's our children, nieces, nephews, or students, many of us unconsciously play the rescuer, the fixer, or the "one who knows"—because that's what we were taught love looks like. But when we impose our ways, what we're really saying is: "You're not capable." And that erodes confidence before it can even grow. I'll share a real story about my niece—how I learned to snap out of the mentor-on-demand role, after she casually said "Write a book!" (And I did!). We'll explore how BEMA™ helps us pause, reassess, and shift—especially when we're emotionally invested. Because the more emotionally entangled we are, the harder it is to stay objective. And without objectivity, we react instead of respond. This episode will help you: recognise the stories you've inherited around helping and control stop mistaking love for interference allow others to find their way—even if it's different from yours learn how flexibility is strength, not passivity Generations evolve for a reason. We are not raising replicas. They are here for a different cycle. Supporting their growth means allowing their difference. It's not about walking away. It's about walking beside and to subtly guide. That's how we evolve. Thanks for listening! Don't forget to subscribe to the podcast for more inspiring content each week. Rewrite your story. Reclaim your power. Ever wonder if you're actually growing or just stuck in a loop? In this episode of Unbox The Podcast, Sahar Huneidi Palmer explains how to spot the subtle signs of real growth and why mastering the art of noticing is the next step in your journey. It's one of the most common questions I hear from my listeners, clients, and even fellow healers. You start your journey, do the work, but then you hit a wall—or you feel like you're going in circles. In this episode of Unbox The Podcast, I'm talking about the subtle signs of real growth. Growth isn't always dramatic. Sometimes, it's quiet. It's in the small shifts you barely notice—unless you train yourself to catch them. If you've ever asked yourself, "Have I actually made progress?" "Why do I still get triggered sometimes?" "What's missing from my growth?" This episode is for you. We'll explore how to move from the apprentice phase—where you become aware of your patterns—into the practitioner phase, where you actually apply what you've learned in real time. That's where transformation happens. Key topics in this episode: Why your mind is the creator, and your life is the result How to train your awareness to notice the small wins The truth about consistency vs. perfection Why growth feels uncomfortable when you're evolving What it really means to move into Mastery If you're new to Unbox The Podcast, check out the Spotify playlists I've created for you. Why do we come down hardest on ourselves right before a breakthrough? In this episode, Sahar Huneidi Palmer unpacks the resentment loop—how guilt and perfectionism keep you stuck—and how to stop punishing yourself so you can finally move forward. This is about the moment when you're finally about to change—and instead, you criticise yourself for not changing sooner. It's a pattern I see in my life mentoring work all the time. In Season 25, Episode 30: Resentment: The Loop That Keeps You Small – Stop Punishing Yourself, we'll cover: Why growth triggers guilt How to break the cycle of needing permission Why compassion—not self-criticism—is what actually moves you forward Practical steps using the BEMA™ Methodology to shift your story If you're stuck in self-blame, this episode will help you get unstuck—without waiting for the perfect moment to begin.
