Delighted to be talking to family lawyer Connie Atkinson of Kingsley Napley LLP about divorce and relocation. Whether you or your ex wants to move away, we talk about the impact it can have on those you love and your children's experience of living as a two-parent family moving forwards. Not forgetting the why, when it is done mindfully, how it can affect all of your lives more positively moving forwards. Work, schools and family are all important considerations when going through a divorce and, the quality of a much already changed life can be affected not only by the rising cost of living, fuel and house prices, but the ease of access and time with both parents, all of this going into the recipe of where you call your post-divorce home.
