Hey fitFam and welcome back to another episode of fitSpot Guru! Well, not so fast. As you may have noticed by the length of today’s episode, it’s not an actual episode. I am here to make an announcement on some upcoming changes that fitSpot Guru will be undergoing starting in February. In an effort to keep our content fresh, fun, and educational, we are reducing the number of episodes we release per week. Moving forward, the format of the podcast will still bounce between fitDEGREE partner powered podcasts and fitDEGREE team episodes. We will just do so on a weekly rotating basis! So to conclude, you can expect new fitSpot Guru episodes to drop every Thursday rotating between riffs with my co-host Nick and I along with the partner powered podcasts you’ve all come to enjoy. Talk to you next week!

If you’re in-person, you should be in-person. I understand [that] during the pandemic we had to diversity in that way, but now you’re creating so much to manage that if you don’t have separate teams for those, one is going to fall off the wayside.” [Megan, 9:45]  “I just think of creative ways to get people in during those downtimes, versus hoping to get four rental spaces this month, because that will really pay the bills.” [Nick, 16:27] LINKS:   Episodes 223, 225, 227 & 229 with Perkville Learn More About Our Partners!
