As an entrepreneur, the journey is full of ups and downs, and you may be wondering if you’re “cut out” for the role you’ve taken on as CEO of your business. No matter where you are in your business, if you want to grow strategically, you’ve got to have some kind of planning in place for the future. There are really traditional ways you can do this, but that’s not the only approach, or even the best for everyone. Over the years, I’ve refined my annual planning approach and figured out what works well for me and my business, and in today’s episode, I’m going to share my step-by-step process. I regularly meet with a group of women who are leaders in my industry. We share ideas, hash out frustrations, and lift each other up. It’s one of the most positive experiences in my professional life.  Many people might see us as “competitors,” and it’s certainly easy to view your peers as competition.
