Neglected past trauma can have an impact on your long-term physical health. Listen to this episode to learn more about how trauma is stored in the body and how it changes our brain chemicals. This week I am joined by Dr. Paula Chambers to dive into how we can heal our bodies from past trauma. Dr. Paula Chambers is a speaker, writer, and dance healer based in Los Angeles. She is also a developmental trauma survivor. The divorce of her actor parents when she was five left her feeling powerless and ashamed.  In 2010, she discovered NIA Technique mindful dance fitness, fell in love with it, and was inspired to become a NIA Technique mindful dance fitness instructor. NIA led to Paula’s self-reinvention from developmental trauma to transformation and Rebirth and brought her both physical and emotional healing. *Remember to like, subscribe, and share this episode with a friend.
