Yoga Yoga Yoga. As mentioned in the episode, yoga is one of the biggest achievements of globalization. FND affects the entire body but where do they begin? The Central Nervous System plays a big role in what we feel and it is protected by the spine. Adding a chiropractor or chiropractic care to your medical team is highly recommended. Though it may not be for everyone, making sure that the spine is in the best position for the nervous system to be successful could be the game changer to symptom management.
