Explore dedicated community platforms to find resources including data and stats. Do consider involving members of the community from your company's staff in the conversation. Define well your audience and objectives, keeping in mind that the LGBTQ+ community is made of smaller groups, which have different priorities and focus. Demonstrate an authentic interest in the community through actions that have a real impact for the community (support for charities, organisations, grants, funding).
