Architecture Dance is a podcast about writing about music, and writing, and podcasts. Will Hagle reads the essays he's written for architecturedance.com, or interviews other music writers. Someone once said writing about music is like dancing about architecture so on this show we're podcasting about it all.
This is a beat I made on Logic using a voice memo of some street performers playing horns while I was eating almuerzo en la ciudad de mexico. I freestyled a verse in spanish and found a sample of Monica Naranjo and her fans singing a song acapella in CDMX, and threw that in there. I might just start posting weekly beats on this rss feed so unfollow / follow it based on that information.

Will Hagle reads an essay he wrote about Meryl Streek's "Death to the Landlord," an album recommended to him by a human via an algorithm. Listen to Meryl Streek on streaming services and buy his music because I used it in this episode illegally and I feel kinda guilty about that. This week, Will Hagle reads an essay he wrote about Mohsin Hamid's 'The Last White Man,' a short but powerful book with great long ass sentences that speaks about issues that for unfortunate reasons reflect our current real world. https://bookshop.org/books/the-last-white-man/9780593538814https://twitter.com/ArchitectDancehttps://architecturedance.substack.com/http://architecturedance.com/
