Our Sun is precisely the right size, and Earth is precisely the right distance from the Sun. Otherwise, we would freeze or roast. The earth's tilt on our axis is precisely correct.  If it were one hundredth of one degree one way or the other, we would freeze or we would roast.  Our Moon stabilizes our rotations. Otherwise, the Earth would wobble, and we would be destroyed by earthquakes.  The Moon is precisely the right size and the right distance from Earth. Dec 5 Too Stupid for Photo ID? Have you noticed that unelected people tell us what to do? The state of Georgia passed laws that in order to vote you have to show ID.  I've been in several third world countries and to vote there you have to have photo ID. Otherwise, how do we know you haven't voted twice?  That you are who you say you are. Otherwise, how do we even know that your vote is in any way legal?  But somehow our minorities in America don't have the ability to come up with photo ID?! Dec 2 Unvetted invaders killing Americans Last week, two more National Guardsmen were killed by an unvetted Afghan that Biden brought into America after giving Afghanistan to the Taliban.  He also gave away $40 billion of our latest and best military equipment.  Much of it went to China to use for what's called reverse engineering. Steve Adams, philosopher, engineer, inventor. For several years my neighbor and I have (0:07) teamed up to combine the fallen leaves in our yards into a super huge pile. Sometimes it really does seem like the inmates are running the asylum. Here in Virginia we elected three candidates for Governor, Lieutenant governor, and Attorney General. Our next governor was a teacher in an Islamic school. Her Lieutenant governor is an Islamist, and our attorney general is a convicted felon who fantasizes about shooting his enemies and his enemy’s children. By the way, he’s never tried a case in court.  And it wasn’t just the crazies in Virginia that did this. In New York City Zoran Mamdani has been elected mayor. He’s never held a job, he’s going to set up government run stores, and he’s going to equalize income. Already housing prices have dropped in New York City as people have seen the writing on the wall, and want to leave. “Social Media Surprise” By Steve Adams In an earlier spot, I said that I was in radio back in the ‘80’s.  I worked through college as the Chief Engineer for the campus station and was going to move into the General Manager position my Senior year.  Knowing I could not do both jobs, I offered the Chief Engineer spot to my roommate, who was a year or so behind me.  It took me MONTHS to talk him into taking the position, but he finally accepted.25 years later, I managed to reconnect with him over social media.  For all its fallacies, social media is a nice way to keep in touch with people across time and distance.  As we reconnected, I was amazed to learn that he still had his sense of cunning humor and that he had stayed with the station until he too graduated.We are still friends now, but surprisingly, I learned that the begging I had to do to get him to take my job must have started a career path in which he still works today.  Sponsored by the Caylor Group Wealth Management in Lynchburg VA. My children and grandchildren are staying at our house until we get their house finished. We always begin dinner with the conversation that begins with the subject. Last night I asked my granddaughters, “If a grocery store is selling you apples at 50 cents each, would you elect a politician who would force the store owner to sell you the apples 30 cents each?” My 12 year old granddaughter Josie thought about it for a bit and answered, “What if store owner’s cost is 40 cents? Why would he sell his apples at 30 cents - and lose 10 cents? You can’t force somebody to sell something at a loss! I’d end up getting no apples at all! I wouldn’t vote for that stupid politician!”  This was from a 12 year old. It seems that 12 year-old kids are a lot smarter than grown up Democrats. A lot of my listeners have read my book, “Surviving Georgie,” about growing up on a small family farm in Pennsylvania. One of the worst things that can happen on a small family farm is the destruction of their barn. Ours was destroyed by arsonists back in 1970. Almost all the animals died as well. It still gives me grief and pain to think about it. When a horse is in a burning barn, you have to put a blanket over its head and lead it out because he’ll run back into the flames. I know that sounds crazy, but look at today’s voters. Democrat  politicians have destroyed our country, and yet the people whose lives have been destroyed by Democrats are running back into the burning barn. We don’t have to put a blanket over their heads. We need to open their eyes to see that the barn is on fire, and they can’t stay there anymore. “Pilanesberg” by Steve Adams In a vast expanse of South African plateau, one will find mountains protruding from an endless, arid African veld.  Located about 90 miles from the capital city, Pretoria, this outcropping of mountains is the last remaining vestige of an ancient volcano thought to have formed over a billion years ago.   Its name is Pilanesberg. It was here that I found myself riding the Skytrain over the rim of the outermost ring and, as we crested the hill, a lush, green and blue oasis appeared before us. As we approached, we saw parasailing, massive themed hotels and carnival rides interspersed throughout a veritable Shangri-La nestled snugly inside mountains of old basalt rock. We were visiting a place called Sun City, the Las Vegas of South Africa.  What was especially notable is that Sun City is in no way a secret, but with its location being hidden by the rising mountains of an old volcano, it very much is a hidden Gem. Sponsored by the Caylor Group Wealth Management in Lynchburg VA call 434 455 7197.Support the show#Political/Conservative/Judeo/Christian/Constitutional
