In this week’s show, we’re taking a look at traveling to Walt Disney World with young children. Children under age 3 are admitted free. Often, there are times when you remember the memory even when your child doesn’t. Disney has baby-care centers at each of the parks. Of course, there are rides that your younger ones perhaps won’t be able to ride. Child swap is an option on some rides. Meet and greets in the parks; or, character meals are a good idea as well. Don’t forget that you can bring your own snacks in. You can leave to go back to the resort for naps and then return later. Don’t forget that there is a LOT to do at the resort! Heated pools Movies under the stars Campfire Smores at Fort Wilderness High Tea at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa Free activities – Take a casual ride on the Skyliner, even if you aren’t staying at a Skyliner resort! If you aren’t a big Disney fan, Dad can go golf or play pickleball or go fishing while the kids and Mom are at the parks. In the end, the key is to create as memory memories with your kids as you can because they are grown up in the blink of an eye! This Day in Disney History for January 15: 1955: Walt decides to build Tomorrowland for Disneyland. Disney Who’s Who Character Jessie from Toy Story 2 A little bit of Walt “Because the eye is the most sensitive and dependable of our sense organs, the motion picture offers the widest, direct avenue to our emotions.
