Hardy is an American country singer from Philadelphia, Mississippi, who writes about small-town life. In the early 2010s he moved to Nashville and obtained a degree in songwriting from Middle Tennessee State University. He self-released the EP 'Redneck Recipe' in 2013 and then became a songwriting partner of the duo Florida Georgia Line. He co-wrote their hit singles 'Simple' and 'Talk You Out of It'. He also co-wrote the hit 'Up Down' for Morgan Wallen.
Hardy released his own EP 'This Ole Boy' in 2018 and toured with Wallen. In 2019 he released the EP 'Where to Find Me' and the single 'Rednecker', a wry look at country culture.
In 2019 he also released the collaborative album 'Hixtape' featuring a number of artists including Morgan Wallen, Thomas Rhett Akins Jr, Tracy Lawrence, Keith Urban, Zakk Wylde, Cole Swindell, Dustin Lynch and Jake Owen.
