Will Dempsey

Born in Louisiana in 1987, Will Dempsey is a country music singer, guitarist, and songwriter who first came to prominence when a video of him and his son performing Luke Combs’ “Beautiful Crazy” went viral. Interested in music since he was young, he was influenced by the diverse music styles that Louisiana had to offer. Although country music is his focus, there are also many other influences in his sound including rock, blues, and Cajun music. A family man, he played music for his two children and would have them play music with him as they grew older. After working up a cover of Luke Combs’ “Beautiful Crazy” with his son, his wife filmed their performance and posted it on social media in 2019. The video became a viral sensation and brought him to the attention of millions of music fans. In 2020, Will Dempsey released his debut single, “Best Parts of Me,” which became another viral hit and was streamed over seven million times. Further popular singles included “Someone You Loved” (2020), “Simple Man” (2020), “Anymore” (2020), “Mississippi Mud” (2021), and “Faithfully” (2021). He achieved his greatest success in 2021 when his single “Beat You There” was a massive hit and was streamed more than 13 million times on social media.
