Goofy (Korean: 구피) is a South Korean dance music and hip-hop trio formed in 1996, known for their vibrant K-pop and dance-oriented sound. The group, consisting of members Shin Dong-uk, Lee Seung-gwang, and Park Seong-ho, debuted with their album Much More (많이많이) in 1996. Building on the early success of their music, Goofy released several studio albums, including Goofy II (1998), Goofy III (1999), and Technogoofy (2000), the latter of which peaked at No. 21 on the Korean charts and sold over 52,000 copies. In 2000, their fourth album, No. 4, released under SM Entertainment, charted at No. 34 with over 16,000 copies sold. They continued to release albums like Goofy Story (2003) and Youth (청춘) (2005), and, despite a drop in chart activity, maintained a loyal fanbase. Known for their singles "Neo Goofy" (2008), "비야" (2009), and "옛날 노래의 역습" (2016), Goofy has remained active, adapting to changing trends while holding onto their signature style.
