Sido

Paul Hartmut Würdig, who goes by the name Sido, is a German hip-hop performer who grew up in East Berlin and started out in the music business in 1997. He made several recordings with rapper Robert Edward Davis, known as B-Tight, in a duo called Royal TS. He released his debut album 'Maske' in 2004 and for a year wore a gold skull mask in concert appearances. He released albums 'Mama Is Stolz' (2005), 'Eine Hand Wäscht die Andere' (2007), 'Aggro Berlin' (2009) and 'MTV Unplugged: Live Aus'm MV' (2010) and in 2012 'Bluztbruedaz: Die Mukke Zum Film' went to number ten on the Germany Albums Chart.

'#Beste' (2013) reached number seven on the Germany Albums Chart, '30-11-80' (2013) topped the chart, 'V' (2015) peaked at number three, 'Das Goldene Album' (2016) went to number two and 'Kronjuwelen' (2018) number four. 'Bilder Im Kopf' (2013) went to number five, 'Einer Dieser Steine' (2013) featuring Mark Forster reached number four, 'Au Revoir' (2014) on which he featured with Mark Forster hit number two, 'Astronaut' (2015) featuring Andreas Bourani topped the chart and 'Tausend Tattoos' (2018) peaked at number two. His 2019 schedule included appearances at venues in Fürth, Leipzig, Bremen, Berlin, Hannover, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Zurich.
