The Story Changes

The Story Changes is an American two-piece punk/indie rock band based in Dayton, Ohio, formed in 2004 by vocalist and guitarist Mark McMillon. In 2005, they released their first full-length album, Last Night a Rockband Saved My Life. The following year, they embarked on the Vans Warped Tour. Their second album, The Way of the Dinosaur (2007), showcased an energetic sound. In 2013, they released their third studio album, Static and Trembling, which paid homage to the alternative music scene of the late '90s. During this period, McMillon joined Hawthorne Heights as a full-time member. In 2019, they released their fourth album, To Hell with this Delicate Equation, during which time they added Chris Serafini of The Stereo to their lineup.
