Kosei

Kosei is a French producer and beatmaker from Marseille, recognized for his central role in the new wave of French rap. He has distinguished himself through his innovative productions and ability to fuse diverse musical influences, helping to redefine the sounds of contemporary rap. His collaboration with rapper La Fève on the KOLAF project in 2020 was particularly noteworthy, with the chemistry between the two artists receiving critical acclaim. This project enabled Kosei to demonstrate his ability to create unique musical atmospheres, reinforcing his reputation as an essential beatmaker. In addition to his collaborations with La Fève, Kosei has worked with artists such as Slimka, contributing to his Tunnel Vision album, and Guy2Bezbar on the track"Booska' flingeurs". He has also collaborated with Rounhaa on the track"Horizon", and with other artists from the French rap scene, including Malo, MadeInParis, Chanceko, Realo, Tejdeen and Lafleyne. In 2021, he begins the Spooky Season series, continued with a second volume the following year. In 2025, Kosei teams up with Jamso for the album Razzia, featuring the tracks "Pastille" and "Overdose" .
