Biyografi

Disturbed is one of the best-selling hard rock bands of the 21st century, earning platinum certifications for releases like 2000's The Sickness, 2008's Indestructible, and 2015's Immortalized. Chicago residents Dan Donegan and Mike Wengren began performing together in 1994 as members of the rock trio Brawl, then hired vocalist David Draiman after the group's original singer quit. The group changed its name to Disturbed and, driven by extrovert Draiman's powerhourse vocals and forthright songwriting, released the multi-platinum debut album The Sickness in 2000. "Stupify," "Down With the Sickness," and "Voices" all became T0p 20 hits on the Alternative Airplay chart, and the band climbed to Number 1 on the Billboard 200 with its second full-length album, Believe, in 2002. Ten Thousand Fists topped the same chart in 2005, along with Indestructible in 2008, Asylum in 2010, and Immortalized in 2015. Immortalized featured the band's widely popular version of "The Sound of Silence," which became the band's third consecutive Number 1 hit on the Mainstream Rock chart. Disturbed's new four singles -- "Open Your Eyes," "Are You Ready," "A Reason to Fight," and "No More" -- all topped the same chart. In 2022, the band returned to Number 1 with "Hey You," the lead single from Disturbed's eighth album, Divisive.
