Carolin No

Carolin No is a German singer-songwriter duo formed in 2007 by Carolin Obieglo and Andreas Obieglo. The group's name is inspired by the Brian Wilson song “Caroline, No” (1966). Their style incorporates elements of electro, alternative music, and pop. They gained recognition after winning the Nachwuchsförderpreis from the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung (2010) and performing at the Songs an einem Sommerabend festival. Their debut album, Carolin No, appeared in 2007. Subsequent releases include Loveland (2011), Favorite Sin (2013), Backstage (2014), Ehrlich gesagt (2016), which features German lyrics, You & I (2017), No No (2020), and On & On (2024). They were awarded the Kulturpreis der Bayerischen Landesstiftung in 2025. Andreas Obieglo also released instrumental solo albums including Lieder (2010) and Advent (2012).
