Biyografi
Brittany Howard started her musical career as the lead vocalist and guitarist of American rock band Alabama Shakers, also forming the band Thunderbirds in 2017. When she reached the age of 30 she decided to branch out as a solo artist, releasing her debut solo album 'Jaime' in 2019.
Howard's distinctive soulful voice has an impressive range and the album shows them to advantage over backing tracks with a mix of R&B, hip-hop and funk. The first single to be released from the album was 'Stay High' (2019) which garnered more than two million streams online soon after its release. This was followed by '13th Century Metal' (2019) which features spoken word lyrics over a synthesized backing track of mostly drums and keyboards. 'He Loves Me' was also released from the album in 2019 and Howard embarked on a tour of North America and Europe to promote the album.
