Invisible was an Argentine progressive rock band formed in 1973, led by Luis Alberto Spinetta. The group initially consisted of Spinetta on guitar and vocals, Héctor "Pomo" Lorenzo on drums, and Carlos Alberto "Machi" Rufino on bass. They debuted at the Teatro Astral in November 1973 and released their first single, "Estado de coma". Their self-titled debut album was released in 1974 and featured artwork by M.C. Escher. The band's second album, Durazno Sangrando, followed in 1975. Invisible disbanded in 1977 after releasing three albums. Their work has been recognized as influential in Argentine rock, with both Invisible and El jardín de los presentes included in Rolling Stone Argentina's list of the 100 best albums in the history of Argentine rock. Notable songs include "El anillo del Capitán Beto" and "Durazno sangrando".
