Brainstorm

Brainstorm, founded in 1989, waited eight years before releasing their first album Hungry in 1997. During this time, they were able to convince themselves of the stability of their line-up and, above all, the effectiveness of their power metal, which had been tested on several demos. But from this milestone onwards, the band went all out - marathon tours and diabolical recording schedules included - to become one of the most popular German bands in the genre. Despite several musician changes over the years, Brainstorm released their 11th studio album, Scary Creatures, in 2016. Further albums followed with Midnight Ghost (2018) and Wall of Skulls (2021). Another studio album, Plague of Rats, will be released at the end of February 2025.
