Dragonland is an Epic Power Metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden who first gained a foothold in the Power Metal scene with their first two albums, The Battle of the Ivory Plains (Deluxe Edition) and Holy War (Deluxe Edition), which were based off the fantasy story ”The Dragonland Chronicles”. Their uplifting power metal was a refreshment, and the band continued the onslaught of musical genius with their next album Starfall. After ”Starfall” they released a remarkable album entitled Astronomy which was something new from the band. Their previous efforts had been more straight up Power Metal, but "Astronomy" contained new, more epic and original elements which combined into an epic masterpiece. After "Astronomy", the band returned to it's fantasy power metal roots and The Dragonland Chronicles with their epic masterpiece Under the Grey Banner. But the story isn't done here...
