The Family Crest

The Family Crest, an American orchestral indie rock band based in San Francisco, was formed in 2008 by frontman Liam McCormick and co-founder John Seeterlin. The project began as a recording initiative aimed at connecting musicians through a musical platform. Their breakthrough came when "Falling off the Wagon" (2010) was featured on KFOG’s Local Scene 7 CD in 2010, gaining attention from Bay Area radio stations. The Family Crest released their debut EP Songs from the Valley Below in 2010 and their first full-length album The Village in 2012. In 2013, they signed with Tender Loving Empire and released "Love Don't Go" as a single from their EP The Headwinds (2013). Their album Beneath the Brine (2014) debuted at number 16 on the Billboard Heatseekers Album Chart in March 2014.
