Airdash was a Finnish thrash metal band from Helsinki, formed in 1986. The group released their self-titled demo in 1987 and followed it with their first single, "Without It / White Lies" in 1988 under Kerberos Records. Their debut album, Thank God It's Monday, was also released that year, with a Japanese version following in 1989 through BMG. The band's subsequent albums included Hospital Hallucinations Take One (1989) and Both Ends of the Path (1991), which featured more technically complex music. Airdash disbanded in 1992, with members going on to join other notable bands such as Stone and Suburban Tribe.
