Biografie
Following her acclaimed debut album ‘Crave’, French singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist Léonie Pernet returned last year with ‘Le Cirque de Consolation’ : a poetic world where borders dissolve and everyone makes their own unique and singular utopia. The record questioned the links between pop music, African cultures and electronic music, neo-classical music, or the place of the voice, whether human or synthetic. The album has been played and supported in France Inter, BBC6, Les Inrocks, Tsugi, Nova, The Line Of Best Fit, Bandcamp, Musikexpress, Le Temps, Le Devoir ... Club de Consolation, to be released on February 23th 2023, is a nocturnal and feverish extension of 'Cirque de Consolation' accompanying Leonie's end-of-year tour across Europe.
