Moments In Grace, an American alternative rock/post-hardcore band from St. Augustine, Florida, was formed in December 2001 by vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist Jeremy Griffith. Initially known as Postcard Audio, the band released its eponymous EP in 2002 through Computer Club Records. The group's breakthrough came when record producer Brian McTernan of Atlantic Records took notice of their music. In June 2003, they changed their name to Moments In Grace and signed with Salad Days Records, an imprint of Atlantic Records. Their first release under the new name was the digital EP These Days Will Fade in 2003. The band's only full-length album, Moonlight Survived, which included the single "Stratus", was released in 2004. They toured extensively with notable acts such as My Chemical Romance and Avenged Sevenfold before disbanding in March 2005.
