German producer and DJ André Forrer aka DJ Mind-X is one of the pioneers of the Swiss techno and trance scene. In 1993 he started as a DJ nationally and later internationally. On his label 'Harem Records', founded in 1996, over 100 releases and 20 compilations have been published to date. His hits 'Nightingale' and the follow-up single 'Never talk to Aliens' helped him achieve his international breakthrough. Outside of his own productions DJ Mind-X has remixed for well-known electronic music artists such as Yves Deruyter, Kai Tracid, Fridge, Komakino, Taucher, DJ Sakin & Friends and Robert Gitelmann.
He played at all important events throughout Switzerland and presented the official CD for the Street Parade 2001 (achieved platinum status in Switzerland with over 65,000 copies sold) - including the accompanying hymn 'Love - Freedom - Tolerance'.
The Bernese DJ is one of the most innovative artists in his field and plays a unique, rhythmic mixture of technoid rhythms with warm, deep trance elements.
