Ramble Jon Krohn, who goes by the name RJD2, is an American hip-hop performer who had stints with the groups Icebird, MHz Legacy and Soul Position and has recorded as The Insane Warrior. He released his first studio recording, 'Deadringer', in 2002 and in 2003 an EP titled 'The Horror' went to number 23 on Billboard's Independent Albums Chart. 'Since We Last Spoke' (2004) reached number six on the Independent Chart and number 87 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart. 'Magnificent City' (2006) with Aceyalone reached number 43 on the Independent Chart and 'The Third Hand' (2007) number 23.
'Colossus' (2010) reached number 25 on the Independent Chart and number 30 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Chart and 'More Is Than Isn't' peaked at number 39 on the latter. 'STS X RJD2' came out in 2015 and 'Dame Fortune' the following year. He also released albums 'We Are the Doorways' (2011) and 'Tendrils' (2018) under the name The Insane Warrior. His 2019 schedule as RJD2 included appearances at venues in Denver, Colorado, Berkeley and Santa Cruz, California and Brooklyn, New York.
